I haven't had time to check in here all day, which was a good thing for my belly! Today's fast was much easier than last Friday, I didn't feel too hungry, and I'd bought a Count on Us M&S meal for tea. It has filled me up nicely, so I'll be trying another one next week

Today is my 3rd fast........not gone too bad although was a bit peckish this afternoon. I switched from latte to Americano in the coffee shop this morning. So fewer cals! Dinner was roast pork and veg. I've taken out sugar and found Stevia sweetener which helps loads.

I just wanted to add, the next morning, that I had an excellent fast yesterday and when I got on the scales this morning I hit a new low weight: 66.1 kgs. Welcome to all the new people. It really does work when you work it.
