Start of a new week so I'm in! Might be my last week of 4:3 for a couple of weeks, too many other things going on. Next Friday we're trying to arrange some drinks out at work and the following Friday my friend is down in London again and wants to go out having drinks so there go my 2 Friday fasts. Could always switch them to Saturday. Anyway- happy fasting all! xx
I'm in. I've plateaued since October, but hoping that now that spring has sprung, more walks will start to see a downward slope. It suppose I should be glad I didn't gain over Christmas.
What a lovely picture daydreamer!!
Is it Monday already!? I'm in for fast no.83. The sun is shining and I feel quite positive today. Maybe the gloom is lifting. Happy fasting everyone x
Hey good luck everyone on their fast day, I'm on my first fast day but was wondering can I eat sugar free gum?to help keep hunger at bay ?x
Just googled Lord Howe island - it looks idyllic!
Morning, I'm in, also on the plateau, but reasonably happy that this plateau is much lower than where I was before 5:2, and I haven't been worrying too much about what I eat at weekends.

I'm prepared for work with a 2 litre bottle of sparkling water on my desk.

Goo luck to all.
Morning fellow faster..... I'm in and on a losing streak :) ....long may it continue!

Enjoy your fasts x
I'm in today,

Been raining 3 days solid here which is not normal, but today I fhad a great weigh in and measure and yesterday I discovered a new shop with a fantastic range of teas.

it really is much easier fasting with yummy tea. :like:
I am in as usual. Have been all day, actually. Just had my pea and ham soup and feeling so much better than I did half an hour ago!
I'm in too. No plans yet for dinner but think it will feature eggs as I have some that need using.
Morning All, I'm in too and think that I'm on the zig zag plateau like some others.
I weigh and record on Mondays which is not my lowest, but probably fairly realistic, after 3 days of normal eating.
Will fast during the day, but relax in the evening as it's OH's birthday and a nice meal is on offer!
Have a good one folks!
I´m in too! Lost only -100 g last week, but that was expected after weekend raclette evening and cream buns. This week it will be easier because I´m home alone, so I can exercise a lot and don´t have to think others meals. So I´m hoping that next monday the scale will show different numbers.

Happy fasting everyone!
I'm in today as usual. Hadn't lost any new weight since May until a couple of weeks ago. Good luck everybody.
I'm checking in late today - had a successful fast and have just finished dinner. It was just too busy a day to check in here or even notice I was fasting :like:

I'll go for another fast Thursday, and another two fasts next week - I'm on the countdown to a holiday so need some buffer to keep on track I think.

Good night Southern Hemisphere friends and good day northern hemisphere friends!
