Back today after only one fast over the whole festive period but feeling motivated and ready to go again! Small bit of damage to repair before getting to my target and reassessing.
Green Tea so far today with some homemade spicy tomato soup mid afternoon and a combat class to attend at the gym before a well deserved omelette i think

Had a good 'spartan salad' at about 2.30pm, a lot of tea this morning and a diet coke. Pea & spinach soup to come this evening. Happy fasting everyone, looking forward to putting the holiday food & drink behind me!
@fatcat89 yes I always try to start my fast days at the gym. I don't do crazy weights or anything, but 20 mins or so on the treadmill and a lot of stretching. I find it helps keep my appetite away at least for the rest of the morning! I have tried the gym on the morning following a fast day, and that wasn't so good - felt a bit weak. Good luck with it!
