I'm very much in today- I have to start undoing some of my Christmas damage. May not have picked the best day as its my first day back at work too and I'm not really looking forward to it. Happy fasting all xx
I'm in, first for over two weeks, feeling a bit apprehensive but looking forward to it. Good luck fellow fasters.
I'm in, back to my Monday and Thursday fasting. Did two last week but was naughty in between so it could have been much much worse. Good luck everyone.
My plan is to fast today but I had a terrible stomach upset last night so this has thrown a spanner into the works. I won't eat until lunchtime at the earliest so hopefully will be able to complete it today.
Count me in!
It's going to be tough because I'm a bit hungover after having a glass too many last night to help wash the last of the Christmas nuts and cheesy crackers down. I know, all my own fault that I'm now craving carbs! I need to get back on track. Have a good day gang! :clover:

Well I'm patting myself on the back. Just had a big freezer cooking session and made 24 individual meals in 90 minutes. 12 spag bolognaise and 12 chilli con carne.so my kids have home cooked food to eat while we're busy painting for the next 2 weeks. I did succumb to about a third of a cup of chilli at 5.30 but as that was the first thing I had today it fits in well.

Me too... first fast for a couple of weeks so am looking forward to it - never thought I'd say that!
Good luck folks.
Happy New Year everyone!
I'm in for the first time this year, and having had a 'delicious' festive time, think it's long overdue!
Good luck all!
Kinda fasted today as long as possible broke fast at 3pm and jay about to shut the kitchen again so what's that ... 19:5 and needed my comfort bowl of rice lentil and veggies. So I say it was just time limited maybe over 500 cals but dinner devine. I will come back with the link for you all.

Here tis ... Not on a fast day but another day do your body a favour this is spectacular
