I had a couple of half hearted fasts over the hols but today's the first 'proper' one. I put on about 3lb which isn't too bad considering the amount of meals out and scoffing at home! I am confident that a couple of weeks of 5:2 and trying not to snack too much on 'normal' days will sort that out.
Lots of drinks at work today and 2 thin oatcakes around lunchtime so am looking forward to making some hot & sour chicken noodle soup with some bits of chicken from Christmas dinner (got out from the freezer!) - mmmm.
