I'm in... I had a carby weekend too :curse: it's like I think my body will react differently to carbs every time I cave in to my cravings.. I always forget that my body does not like em!! Nor does my brain, I think that's why I can't stop once I've started! Ah well, Monday is here, a fast day to start the week off and forget about the weekend :clover:
I'm in. I had a weekend of food and I'm hoping that this week I can repair some of the damage, the scales say a 2lb gain this morning!
Oh yeah, soup in a cup for lunch (didn't drink it all though, tastes vile), a cup of tea for breakfast and then only water. Small headache... :dazed:
I'm in today too.
I didn't fast per se last week, but had a few low cal days instead. I actually feel like I need to/want to fast today! Over did it a bit at the weekend but hopefully I'm back on track now. Going away this weekend so I know I won't be counting calories as diligently.
Good luck today everyone.
I'm in...reluctantly. Found myself eating everything that wasn't nailed down last night, readying myself for the deprivation today. Haven't done that before. It's a bit worrying!!

Is a crunchie AND a chunky kitkat in front of Homeland something to be ashamed about? Not sure, feeling guilty today...
Hi

Just thought I'd say yellow on my first day of fasting EVER. I've had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast and the only other things I've had today have been liquid: coffee, diet coke and water. I'm planning on having grilled chicken salad later.
New to this and am fasting today. All ok so far but will probably be a bit ratty later on!
I'm in today too, third week has just started! Wasn't motivated at all this morning after a carby weekend, but then I had a very small breakfast and went jogging and everything went back to normal. Tomato soup + nakd apple pie bar for lunch and a lush salmon fillet waiting for dinner. Also I somehow managed to say no to chocolate mousse and a late night beer (:
I'm in today too. Just coffee, water and a Food Doctor pea and mint soup so far. It was OK but now my tea tastes like soup.... Chicken stir fry later with lots of veg, menfolk get noodles with theirs.

House is full of treats left from cub camp, apple pie, lemon drizzle cake, crisps.....must resist.
Yep me too.
What is an ideal BMI?
(I like the sound of clementinek's naked apple pie bar... What exactly is that?)
How they diet in Italy I cannot imagine! (Too much lovely food..pasta, ice cream, wine etc!!)

Oh my gosh youre a star resisting all those goodies!
Its been a long day for me.. Havent eaten since 1.30 lunch yesterday.
Dont want to have 500 cals yet coz will be peckish all evening if i do! Warrrrrgh sometimes this gets tricky diesnt it! But worth it... :0) enjoy the stir fry! Yummers,i love stirfries x
Me too ... I like checking into the forum about this time because it's nearly the evening and I need a small boost to keep me going ... especially Monday, as my OH is out so that leaves me alone in the house with a fridge full of food and the recording of Downton to watch...

He and I are in it together so we eat more or less the same each fast day, which means sharing a carton of Covent Garden soup at about 6.30pm ...

I hope everyone's had (or having) a good day today. I'm struggling with a bit of a plateau so am hoping for good news on the scales tomoz.
Yes today and tomorrow. Trying 4:3 with 2 of the days together this month to see if speeds up weight loss. Throwing in 5000 aerobic paces to the mix on fast days to see if that helps. Lost 3lbs doing separate day 4:3 in Sept, would like to lose 4 or more this month. We'll see!
I'm in after a slight binge on Saturday night! I don't feel too bad as my Husband was eating for the Universe too

We took our Son to a Pumpkin/Fall festival for the first time and they had many yummy treats including Reeses Cupcakes with a peanut butter cup baked in the cupcake!

4:3 as always this week. Good look Peeps
