Morning all from a sunny Wales!
I'm in - I've lost a lb and I don't know where I put it!! Went out for a gorgeous meal yesterday (Thai sharing platter, then monkfish in pancetta on spring onion risotto, yum!) and didn't eat 'sensibly' on Saturday either, so how come I've lost this lb? Is there a 'scratching head in a puzzled way' smilie?

Anyway, after all that preamble, yes, definitely 'in'!
Very late check in from me. Spent the day moving into our brand new home. Very exciting. Fasted all day but have had a few glasses of bubbly to celebrate. Think I worked hard enough to compensate
Wow! I recon Wineoclock!
I'm in :coffee: hope everyone has a good day! :clover:
Off to sleep now with a good fast say under my belt.no food till dinner which was Hairy Dieters cookbook fish pie for under 300 calories. Yum. Congratulations on you new house Wineoclock- what a dream come true.
Xxx julianna
Just coming to the end of my fast day. Have been away for a long weekend, lots of food Sat night, as well as Fri night and last Tues night too...
Am wondering what my weekly weigh-in will show tomorrow...
Successful fasting to those of you with most of the day still to go :D

Congrats on your new home!
Yes I am fasting today, it's my fifth fast and have lost 4.2 lb. I am a little hungry but am ok if I do not go into the kitchen!
I know that the Christmas and new year period will be difficult to get the fast days in, but I am going to fast on the 23rd and will be able to get one more in during that period. If I can save 60 kcal for something at ten pm I get through the night without hunger at all.
Am dreading the 4pm hunger period! I enjoy the Monday and weds routine and feel great after the fasts.

That's me, too. I save enough for a flatbread and a small (12g) piece of cheese - Cathedral city selections are my cheeses of choice for that!
Congratulations Wineoclock, may your new house be a happy home!

Another fast day successfully completed; good luck to those of you whose day is still ahead of you!
I am in today, but paying for too much wine last night. I don't know how I drank so much, so mindlessly - woke up with a horrid headache and couldn't face the gym... I actually went back to bed for 2 hours!! :frown:

I'm now working and the headache is easing. I can have my salad in an hour and a half, and I'm still planning on making it to the gym before the end of the afternoon, once it's safe to bend over without falling over. Does anyone know if you can sweat off alcohol?

I'm in. A bit disappointed with my weigh in which is silly - I'm glad I've lost a pound but a sneak peek late last week was more like 5lb! Ah well. Getting that number back on the scales will be motivation I suppose :-)
Fasting today too - at least I was planning to and I sort of am.

Slept far too little last night: I worked too late and then the baby was up, so this morning I felt hungover and somehow still bloated from dinner last night. My daily morning weigh-in was horrendous - the nighttime fat fairies didn't have time to do their usual work. I've had 3 coffees so far, and a 'normal' but healthy lunch of prawns in a masala sauce with a bit of rice (probably about 500-600 cal already), and I'm beginning to feel more human. If I don't eat anything more today, I'll put it down as a fast day. If I do, I'll try to be healthy and call it a recovery day and shift the fasting to tomorrow instead. And I WON'T work till 2am tonight!

Good luck to the rest of you - I love all your inspiring thoughts even when I'm feeling bleurgh.
Afternoon all!
I am feeling more positive about fasting today than I have for weeks!
Met up with good friends this weekend who live three hours away and they haven't seen me for three months so the compliments were plentiful.
That and fitting into my new tight skinny jeans in a size 10 have given me a real boost!
Had one coffee with milk and now hopefully just peppermint tea until dinner time. Have yet to choose dinner...Visiting the shop may be my downfall!!

Well hunger pains are odd! Half an hour ago I was ravenous and preoccupied with food. I have had a mug of black coffee distracted myself and now notice that I am not hungry at all!
