Quite agree @Kathyaj
Thank goodness supper is now ready after a good day fasting. Perhaps an apple to follow?
Yeah it's 9pm! Made it through day one this week!

Now for Wed and Fri! :)
I am in! It is about 4:30pm and so far I have only drunk coffee and water. Went grocery shopping and I think I bought more treats than usual, next time I will avoiding shopping while hungry or stick to my list!
I had a great long weekend with tons of food (mini-vacation/holiday) so this fast feels really good, I guess that is the repair part and I like it
I'm about to go to bed having done my fasting for the day. Feel hungrier now that I have had dinner. As always looking forward to breakfast.
