I'm in today. Just had some tea, and was about to eat breakfast then I remembered! It's only my 2nd fast today, and last night I ate far too much chocolate :( I was trying to stick to 1600 calories on my other days, so hope I haven't done too much damage.

Also hoping I have less headaches today, so I can get some exercise in :like:
I'm in.

Just discovered that raspberries have more calories than strawberries (according to FatSecret)... and I'd already eaten them - so I'll have to cut something else out along the way today.

Anyone know how many calories there are in air? I could maybe take a few less breaths than normal.

Good luck everyone :clover:
I'm in today, trying the liquids only approach and saving the calories for tea time. Working from home today so trying to keep busy in an attempt to resist temptation!!
I'm on the fast wagon today. Think it's time for another hot tea.

Roll on 6 o'clock when I can have something to eat :D
We are in today as well. Last fast of the week and I have such a busy day.

Good luck to everyone.
Fast day for me today too.

Judio, I am also kinda plateaued. I thought I had come off of it after being stuck at 132.5lbs for three weeks, but now I've been stuck at around 130.4lbs for two week and today I'm down to 129.6lbs. It's a bit annoying isn't it?

Julieathome...thanks for that. I just worked out my total percentage weight loss and it's 16.93% (that seems quite crazy) but makes complete sense if everyone is hitting plateau at around 15%. How long are people's plateaus lasting?

Ha ha!

This morning I stumbled into the bathroom and stepped back onto the scales, and when I turned to look at them they were showing 00.00 - I must have lost a few pounds!

Good luck to everyone fasting today... it's 1.30pm which means I can eat my salad in half an hour. Yay!
:clover: :clover:
Well that's lunchtime negotiated, peppermint tea... I don't feel hungry but I do feel quite low on energy.. Ah well.. On I go, the smug satisfaction of getting through the day to look forward to is what's keeping me going!
Fasting today, and as many days as I can, I really want to shift these last few pounds. Less equals more, more satisfaction with myself and a happier outlook.
I have been to my lunchtime meeting and said no thanks to both the pizza and the delicious looking raspberry sponge cake!! WooHoo!!
I am just wishing the hours away though before my salmon and veggie dinner xx
I am in today. Not feeling hungry anyway, a little down mood-wise though, hopefully it will pass soon :(

In your face pesky pizza and cake! High five!
I'm fasting today, just had a bowl of celeriac soup at 1pm, and am now hungry. Not sure why, but I find Thursdays a lot more difficult than Mondays. I wouldn't mind, but this is week 4 and I've only lost about a pound.
Cauliflower rice kedgeree planned for tea is keeping me going:)

Sue
I have barely sat down all day and kept going on 2 Werthers sugar-free candies, I've just had a mug of Slim soup to see me through the next 2 hours till dinner time :clover:
Im fasting today. Have had three cups of coffee with skimmed milk so far. For dinner tonight its braising steak, baby boiled potatotes, vegetables and oxo gravy. small portion of each. Then coffee with milk and thats it. Had a headache all day but a tablet has sorted that out. Will keep busy tonight packing for my holiday on Sunday and trying on clothes to see what fits. Have lost 8.9lbs in less than four weeks.
