Role on bedtime!
Good luck everyone else
Lots of fasters here this Thursday! I am in but feeling a bit grumpy as had a squabble with my hubby and I would normally console myself with food. It is good that this WOL has allowed me to step back and see how much I do eat for comfort!
Anyway lots to do today so hopefully it will pass fast and everyone will be talking again in time for steamed fish and leeks in cheese sauce tonight! x

Just starting my day here in France. A bad night as there was a fox nearby, a moonlit night and my dogs went mad. Had to get up and let the big boy do a tour round. All chickens present and correct this morning.
All animals fed and I am enjoying my black coffee. Same as others today am already hungry but am focusing on tomorrow. Just working out if I can make a shepherds pie within 500 cals! Must be the colder weather. Am determined to maintain my routine of fasting.
Fasting not going well, just had a small tin of salmon to try and sate me as I am grumpy and hungry (and a number of other dwarves!)

Phew!! It's encouraging to know that someone else is not eating today, it really keeps me going. My danger zone is about 4.00pm so I shall keep busy to take my mind off 'food'!
I cooked a superb low cal chicken breasts recipe in my slow cooker yesterday, so if I do feel the urge to eat then I will fall back on the chicken. On my fast days I usually just have liquids. We shall see
Best of luck
P.S. I'm due to go to my hairdressers soon and I'm hoping she might say 'haven't you lost weight', we can dream
Thanks for all the boob congratulations. I do love it how my name is being reduced to wineo, it's rather apt
