Same here. Not sure why today as it has never been this bad before. Dinner nearly ready though, will have to be early as feeling rough I am so empty!
Hi, I was in today, Thursday, down here in Oz but could not log in to say so! Moogie has fixed (she is wonderful) so thought that I would just add my number to the post. Still fasting this am (now Friday morning here) and will eat by lunch time. Big Smile  :geek:
In it today but it is TOUGH.

I'm cooking a nice creamy cauliflower soup with cumin and kale. It is simmering and smells wonderful and I am STARVING!! :starving:

Dinner will be soon enough, right? Time for a tall glass of water. :dazed:
Safely tucked up in bed and looking forward to breakfast!
Oh this has been a long day. I left for work at 8.30 this morning and got home just after 11 tonight. First food of the day was around 11.30. Looking forward to my porridge in the morning.
