I have my annual U/S and mammogram next week
I think my doc will notice less of me!

I'm in, although I woke up hungry which is a really bad sign, plus it is cold here in dear old Tas today, 14 with a cold wind, so thoughts will be turning to warming comfort food!
I'm really hungry now and it's not passing.. already had coffee, tea and a stock cube but it's not helping that much :/

You too Lady Muck...hope you're results turn around soon. I did read an inspiring post on the forum this morning about someone having a breakthough after a period of not much of a result. It really spurred me on. I love this forum for that!
I'm looking forward to a burrito for dinner tonight... nothing but a coffee and a cup of miso between me and that. Ive then got a long weekend away - I REALLY want to stay in control all weekend so I get a good result at my weigh in next week.
