I'm in. I do feel jealous of all you people coming to the end of your fast day when it's only 7am here!

Me too. First week after a couple off and feeling better already.
I'm in, usual Wednesday fast :smile:
I'm in - I find Weds fasts harder than the Monday ones for some reason but my OH has just started 5 2 this week so I bet he's finding today harder than me. Ha!
I am in. Its not the lack of food that will make this a struggle but second night in a row sharing a bed with a snoring bear is taking its toll on me. I would gladly give up 2 days of food for some sleep right now ( I love my sleep!!) Oh!! If anyone has some extra motivation around I really could use some of it too........
Better do it today than tomorrow to have it over and done with :wink:
I'm in after not fasting last Friday and Monday and really pigging out yesterday including drinking a whole bottle of wine last night. It does mean I am doing the 5:2 instead of my usual 4:3 so it's not a disaster lol. x

Count me in. Feeling thirsty and hungry (which is more than likely to do with being thirsty). Finding it hard to drink a lot of water these days.
Morning all

I am fasting today instead of tomorrow as I am off to sunny Tenerife for a week. I don't intend doing any fasting whilst on my hols however i am usually quite healthy during the day with salads fruit etc probably the cocktails at night will let me down :confused: but hey that's what holidays are for and I'm sure i will catch it up on my return!

Probably i will survive on a weightwatchers can of soup today with a mixed vegetable omelette for dinner.

Posted here earlier but now my post isn't there! Anyway, I'm in for my usual Wednesday fast. Glorious sunny day here today - if I can keep busy then hopefully the day will fly by :-)

Might have my usual cup of veg stock for dinner, but other than that, nothing until tomorrow at breakfast!
Only 7 hours to dinner now!

I'm in today too. First fast on a non working day so I'm a bit worried I'll be a bit hungrier. Yesterday I weighed myself for the first time since starting with 5:2 a week ago and it appears I have lost 1lb, which is a good result for me, having hypothyroidism and all. My motivation stands strong (: I had a small portion of apple/cinnamon porridge with water for breakfast and cauliflower/garlic soup for lunch and there's a generous portion of veggie soup waiting me for dinner.
