The sun is shining, and I'm going for a run in a bit, then planning some gardening to keep me busy.
Happy Fasting everyone
I'm in today too - decaf black coffee for me until dinner time and then I've got an M&S Count on us Chicken Chow Mein in the fridge ready followed by an Options drink (have a few flavours in the cupboard so will see which one I fancy later!) to help me sleep
Good luck everyone
Good fasting to you all
Today was my second fast of my first week and it seemed much easier. Yay!
Fingers crossed for a loss on Monday. ?.
And just had 2 days where I couldn't seem to stop eating, although I am doing really well at having a LOT less carbs!
Hoping today goes better and I can get through it unscathed.
Good luck everyone, let's hope the Easter Challenge weigh-in tomorrow is a good one (I need it!)
A couple of yoghurts and some fruit to keep me going during the day (i'm working on pushing back my mealtimes slowly and it's getting there!) then chicken and salad for dinner. Camomile tea if my stomach needs warming up.
Stacks of work on today so plenty to keep busy with - this is my one allowed procrastination today. I usually fast on Wednesdays but I had blood taken and I didn't want to be drooping all over the place!
Feeling pumped and positive - hope you are all having a good day too!
X
Good luck to one and all! Onwards and downwards!
