Me too! Cold and rainy so planned walk has been abandoned :(
I was STARVING yesterday- a feast day- was really odd. Today I feel ok, tea, water and lots of smiles til dinner tonight when I am having Hairy Bikers Harissa chicken with bulgar wheat which is under 300 cals. Saving a hundred calories for a cup of oat milk, 1/2 tsp of honey and a tsp cocoa powder before bed. I did buy some diet hot chocolate powder the other day and enjoyed it, helped me have a happy tummy for sleeping, but have since decided that I wouldn't normally ingest aspartame, no reason to start now especially as this is all about good health.

Good luck everyone how ever you do it! XX
  Walked to the shops for messages and had to keep hawking up my trousers! That's the second pair! Only weigh and measure monthly- more must have gone since Sunday- wow! Feeling hungry but the hanging off breeks are keeping me going
Hmm, I thought I'd already replied, but maybe I didn't hit the right button.

This is Week 7 for me. I've had 2 fast days in all but one of those weeks.

I'm not giving up my breakfast! I know how cranky I get without it. Today I had a Tesco grapefruit pot (40 cals) with some blueberries, raspberries, and canteloup. All totalled 90 cals. I'll be drinking black coffee, Marigold bouillon, green tea, lemon and ginger tea, and a miso soup for lunch. I like to keep busy at lunchtimes on fast days, so I'm taking some clothers to the alterations place.

For dinner I'm making a faux mash with turnip and parsnips, smooshed with spinach, some samphire (it's only 10 cals a portion!) and a slice of pastrami or ham.
I have Scottish dancing tonight, which will keep my mind off food, but I look forward to a night cap of slimline tonic with a slice of lime, and a Finn crisp with a smear of marmite.
Morning all fellow Thursday fasters. My tummy rumbled as I woke up this morning - not a good sign. Hoping to make it through to dinner tonight before breaking my fast with a mushroom omlette and steamed veg.

Last Saturdays weigh in I discovered I am no longer obese  I bought a smaller sized jumper this week  and people are beginning to notice my weight loss :victory:
I'm getting hungry reading the descriptions of fast food (whole new meaning to that phrase!) yum!

Never cooked with harissa, must give it a go.
Fast Food - excellent! :like:

Harissa is a wonderful thing - Jamie uses it a lot in his 15 minute meals. Just marble a tablespoonful through some greek yoghurt for a magical sauce. Even my hsuband - who doesnt really trust yoghurt - likes that!
Good morning everybody !! Today is my 15th Fasting day so I am in my 7th week.
Apart from a headache today, I feel really great and find that my energy is zooming !!..I call these days my "Cleansing day" as fasting is too harsh a word for me ! I have put my scales away until the first sat. in April as I have yoyo'd in weight since the beginning and it just made me cry. The tape measure is my best friend and now I am only going to pull that out once a week..I only measure my waist. The fact that I feel good most of the time, my jeans are falling down (NOT buying new until at least May!) and everybody says I look so much better has made me now actually ENJOY fasting days. Also all the press about processed food has helped me look properly at what I eat and what a scarey world we all live in. The calories on ready cooked meals are horrendous..go and look on supermarket shelves..no wonder we all have health and weight problems. I have blueberries and grapes beside me but have only so far had 3 blueberries but on my 6th glass of water at 11.30 (I pour drink and pour another and go with it) I will have a scrambled egg(done in m/ware in 5 sec blasts so no fat needed) on a piece of crust free toast if and when I feel hungry..Be positive everybody..This is SO good for us all and if we have the benefit of losing pounds as well woopwoop!!!.. Anybody tried the zero noodles yet? are they like cardboard or ? haha!! Big kisses and keep going...Nobody can give up before they have done at least 6 months on this..
Hi fellow fasters,

Isn't it lovely to be buying new SMALLER clothes? I used to avoid clothes shops like the plague as the only things I could fit into were the changing rooms and I'm glad to say that my most comfortable garment is no longer my dressing gown! Even my 50 shades of grey knickers are hanging off me, not a good look but a great feel. Keep going everyone it's worth it, and so are we!

I rejuvenate on Mondays and Thursdays
20th fast for me, week 10. Feeling a little disheartened as haven't lost anything the last couple of weeks, but I am 11lbs down overall although it's been a bit up and down so still determined to stick at it! I think I'm undoing all my good work each week by over eating on non fasts days, hoping the desire will calm down and I'll be back to normal, may fit in a half fast on Saturday to see if it'll move the scales down and remotivate me! No food until dinner for me. Just fed my 7 month old who threw most of his on the floor so perhaps he's fasting today too! Damp school run to look forward to this afternoon! Happy fast day everyone!
Coucou!

Fifty shades of grey, reminds me I have got to finish the third book.
Not eating till tonight. Changed the fish water, took me an hour. Water warming up for them...hope cats won't get them from their bowls till then. Bit hungry. I feel like my tum is a bit bigger like when it's the time of the month which can't be I had them for 3 weeks till last week...wonder if it's those chocolate and cakes I had this week end. I did stay in my TDEE(Tuesday a bit over, some days a bit lower). I will have my contraceptive implant removed the 20th of March. Have a lovely day
Diet Pepsi is ok right? I need to go out and want to take a drink with me and Diet Pepsi is all I have. Dont trust myself to choose the right thing when working out calories on myfitnesspal plus my concentration isnt great on a fast day.
Afternoon fasters !

I've been really hungry today which is not good. It was 9am and my tum was rumbling , it's strange as I never eat breakfast. So now I'm counting down the mins til my noodle lunch hehe Trying to hold off as long as I can.

It's extra hard when everyone in work is munching away on sweets !

All be worth it in the end when I'm buying smaller clothes hehe
Today is my first fast day! I've been reading lots of posts from everyone and feel that this could be the way to shift the excess pounds!! Looking forward to seeing how I go, don't feel as hungry as I thought I would, think it helps that I know I cant have anything since breakfast until dinner.
Lunch time and the rumbles have really hit but reading about how hard you are all working has kept me on track, thanks everyone
Hi all only my 4rth fast today, struggling because I have the day off and nothing to do. Find it easier to do the days I am busy. Only had couple mugs of green tea so far looking forward to dinner 2nite!
