Me today. Feeling thirsty, must drink more! Egg for lunch possibly as it's cold and then salad and something for tea.

@vivbp, eat something really small (breadstick or olive and I do mean one) or drink lots around 3/3.30 to get you to tea more easily, it's best not to tip over into feeling rubbish if you can help it.
Morning #ff fellow fasters.
Just breaking my day in with a mug of Kikkomans white miso. Then I shall make a dry curry of left over veggies for lunch, followed by a cheat's chilli for supper.
Hub is also on a calorie counting diet and we've both dropped a stone and out of the obese BMI range.

Lovin' it!
Hello fellow fasters,
I'm fasting today after a week off and feel like I really need this fast today to undo some of the damage caused by too much chocolate over the weekend!!
I'm at home which is making things a bit tricky - not helped by my supermarket delivery!
Feeling a bit peckish but will have a boiled egg and crispbread shortly, followed by a veggie curry tonight.
Have a good day everyone
Hello all! I'm in as well today. I'm having my second cup of Nespresso (omg I love this machine as it's the only coffee I actually enjoy black!) and looking forward to a bit of a break from eating, shockingly enough

Hubby and I had the weekend to ourselves, since our son had been invited to attend two days of college basketball playoff games with a family friend. But because of this diet, we found our habits are now much better. When we went out to dinner on Saturday, we parked about a half mile away from the restaurant, and rather than order a full bottle of wine, appetizers and dinners, we each got one glass of wine and two "small plates". We left the restaurant much happier than when we overeat :-)

Tonight I'm going to cook up two boness chicken breasts, coated with spices, and roast some asparagus and some baby carrots in the oven with just a tiny amount of oil so they don't stick.
I'm fasting today as well, my decaf black coffee seems to be taking the edge off the hunger pangs, am going to have some soup and low cal pasta at around 2pm. Thankfully its stopped snowing here, hate the snow!
I'm fasting today. I just had rocket, spinach and watercress salad with half packet of tesco king prawns with chilli and coriander for 95 calories.
I'm fasting today, as yesterday's fast fell by the wayside after tea when got a box of chocolates from my son!
Is it me or does everyone seem to eat curry on a fast day? Feel I'm missing out as I don't like curry, so planning on eating all my calories at tea time with a calorie counted M&S meal.
Well I have truly fallen off the band wagon since my birthday at the end of Feb :curse:

Every fast day has ended up as a disaster with me eating more that I should...... sooo I feel very proud that I have got through this far today and have so far resisted the urge to stuff my face.

I am hoping I have turned the corner today as so far I feel in control and with the program. I also need to ensure that my non-fast days are healthier, I think I need to stop baking for a week or two

Good luck to everyone today.
I'm fasting today as well. This is only my second week, but still proud that I was able to fast two days last week since I had never fasted before. My OH thinks I'm crazy, but is impressed I was able to do it. I had hoped I would be down a bit, but not yet. That's okay though I'm sure it will happen. I walked for three hours over the weekend and will do a shorter one today since it's raining here (in Canada). Good luck to all...
13th fast today, hopefully not an unlucky one! Couple of hunger pangs this morning but nothing major, got loads of work to do so probably won't even notice fasting the rest of the day. Fingers crossed, anyway!
Well this is day one for me and I'm doing well so far. Decided to have a single meal, which I will have at about 4.30 so that I can go to the gym. Just had a cup of Oxo at lunchtime to keep me going but in all honesty I'm not actually hungry (and I'm more than a bit surprised), I definitely think not having breakfast or lunch is going to be the way forward for me. I might actually feel more confident about fasting on Thursday if this carries on. I love food and use it like a reward a little too often. If this way of eating works for me it would be brilliant.
I'm fasting today. Badly needed as went a bit overboard with the sweat stuff at the weekend. Think my stomach is glad of the rest, not heard one gurgle from it all morning!!
I'm fasting today too, it's my 12th fast so far. After a weekend of complete piggery, I'm glad to be fasting. And looking forward to tea - I found the Kirsty's ready meals in Sainsburys, so looking forward to sausage and sweet potato mash, for 260 cals, bulked up with roasted chunky veg for tea.
Dreading weigh in tomorrow though!
x
Starting my 2nd week and my 3rd fast today. My tummy is rumbling already, and I've got 13 hours to go before bedtime! I did good over the weekend for my 3 day feast. Ate what I wanted, and found out that 4 oreos filled me up, rather than 8-10! :victory:
This is my tenth week and my 19th fast and quite possibly the toughest so far.. Normally by mid afternoon I have overcome the pangs but today I am really struggling, weak and shakey.. Never normally like this but then I probably don't normally eat and drink as much as I did yesterday..Oh well only 4 hours until my Paella ready meal.. Boy will I enjoy that !
