@vivbp, eat something really small (breadstick or olive and I do mean one) or drink lots around 3/3.30 to get you to tea more easily, it's best not to tip over into feeling rubbish if you can help it.

Just breaking my day in with a mug of Kikkomans white miso. Then I shall make a dry curry of left over veggies for lunch, followed by a cheat's chilli for supper.
Hub is also on a calorie counting diet and we've both dropped a stone and out of the obese BMI range.
Lovin' it!
I'm fasting today after a week off and feel like I really need this fast today to undo some of the damage caused by too much chocolate over the weekend!!
I'm at home which is making things a bit tricky - not helped by my supermarket delivery!
Feeling a bit peckish but will have a boiled egg and crispbread shortly, followed by a veggie curry tonight.
Have a good day everyone
Hubby and I had the weekend to ourselves, since our son had been invited to attend two days of college basketball playoff games with a family friend. But because of this diet, we found our habits are now much better. When we went out to dinner on Saturday, we parked about a half mile away from the restaurant, and rather than order a full bottle of wine, appetizers and dinners, we each got one glass of wine and two "small plates". We left the restaurant much happier than when we overeat
Tonight I'm going to cook up two boness chicken breasts, coated with spices, and roast some asparagus and some baby carrots in the oven with just a tiny amount of oil so they don't stick.
Is it me or does everyone seem to eat curry on a fast day? Feel I'm missing out as I don't like curry, so planning on eating all my calories at tea time with a calorie counted M&S meal.
Every fast day has ended up as a disaster with me eating more that I should...... sooo I feel very proud that I have got through this far today and have so far resisted the urge to stuff my face.
I am hoping I have turned the corner today as so far I feel in control and with the program. I also need to ensure that my non-fast days are healthier, I think I need to stop baking for a week or two
Good luck to everyone today.
Dreading weigh in tomorrow though!
