I guess I get around 100 cals from milk in roughly 4 cups of tea/coffee during the day but otherwise i don't eat. Find it really easy and saves me having to plan food for fast days.I don;t have the book and did not see the Horizon program so does anyone know if this is ok?
So long as you're happy, you're fine. Have a look for the programme (links in FAQs) as it is a good watch, regardless of following the diet.

Stick with it - the Progress Tracker is low on data for the tenth week - perhaps it's the hardest of them all? Let us know how you get on
I'm actually loving the black coffee, never thought I would
Roast mushrooms, carrot, and courgette with a tablespoon of baked beans. YUMMY!
Still enough of my 400 calorie allowance to have a little something later if needs be.
Enjoy your dinner folks.

I'm liking the black coffee too, much to my surprise!

Have to admit...the French do everything with elan--even fasting!
(now if only I had a good recipe for onion soup)
