Monday fast - DONE!! Pheeeeeeeeeeew :bugeyes:
Still early here and I have 12 calories left for a couple of mugs of stock cube broth...
Fast number 7 nearly done. Green tea and fizzy water all day, one cup of bovril for lunch. Chicken in tomato sauce with spinach for dinner and a 10 cal jelly (was buying the ready made pots but they were on special offer and really expensive now they're not!) so I bought some small lidded tubs and some jelly powder sachets, much cheaper. Had a cup of chai with a splash of 1% milk this evening and will probably have a 40 cal hot chocolate before bed. Will feed my tummy again tomorrow lunch time.
Oh and Jo Wheatleys new baking book went on sale today so I bought it tonight. Not a good move! Drooled over the photos and will be busy baking this weekend.

Another fast is over in Athens, Greece. I was about to go to bed but World's Toughest Fixes is on and they are in Scotland and London today so I must watch it!
540 today. It was harder than usual. I think I "under-ate" on my feed day yesterday. I changed from it being a fast day to a feed day because I "had to have" some carne asada at lunch. Then when dinner came, I could barely finish some vegetable soup.

So today I was extra hungry and low on energy. Usually I have no trouble having plenty of energy, but tonight I totally ran out of gas before the end of my zumba class. Granted, it was my 2nd class of the day and I had also walked 2.3 miles, but I usually would have no problem with it.

Moral of the story, don't go too low on a feed day when I'm going to be fasting the next day. :razz:
