fasting today Monday 22 April
21 Apr 2013, 19:29
Hi All. Its 7:20 am here in NZ and I am starting my 6th week of this WOL and my 9th fast.(have had a weeks holiday over Easter and only managed to fit in 1 fast that week ) It is getting so much easier now I have figured out my hunger patterns. Eating once a day is definitely easier for me. Am making a saag chicken recipe from the recipe topic from this site, so thanks for that. I think I would have given up if it wasnt fot the wise words and feeling that we are all struggling with the same issues on this site. Thanks everyone and thinking ofall fasters today, Monday is popular. And can someone tell me why my smilies dont work? I can see that they are on, but they show as text.
And now Ican see that they show properly once posted!
I'm fasting on Monday too. I like Mondays as Sundays are my 'biggest' feed day (although looking at my progress tracker I seem to be having a few too many big feed days!).
I've had a disappointing few weeks with weight loss but agree with you about the forum. Everyone is so good at sharing ideas, experiences etc and it really helps.
I'll be with you!
Gorgeous meal out today, so looking forward to a fast.
Good luck fellow fasters!
I was about to ask "where is Monday already?" but I got my reply as soon as I clicked on the post.
I might do a 4:3 this week (MO, WE, FRI) but I don't know yet since I got some disturbing news a while ago and I've no idea what my schedule will be this week.
Hello :)
I will be fasting once it gets to morning here! Well actually, I have already had my evening meal so I suppose I have already started.

I am so thrilled with this way of eating so far, and although I originally set my goal for just into the healthy BMI range my GP gave me, I think I might have to move it soon!
Me too - I am in - when it is Monday in Denmark . I do 4:3, so it is mon/wed/fri for me..
Good luck to all of you fasters :like:
Will be joining you in the morning, though I suppose technically I've already started as had my last meal till dinner @ 6pm.
Have a good day Monday fasters.
Yep, we'll be joining you when it gets to Monday in the UK. :)
I'm fasting tomorrow too, had my last meal at 7PM so technically I've already started
Hi. Thought I might be first here today but you in NZ beat us Aussies again  Woken to pouring rain ( shouldn't have left that washing out). Off to the gym. Enjoy Monday fellow fasters.
I am eating sour skittles as I write this ! The end of a bad day. Can't wait to fast tomorrow :-)
I'll be joining you guys tomorrow morning too and I'm quite looking forward to it! Just had a big dinner and will be off to sleep soon!
Goodnight and good luck to everyone who's already starting their day :)
I know there's a significant time difference between the uk and nz, but I didn't realise it was a full month!! Hehe! Good luck everyone. I'll be fasting with you all tomorrow too!
8am here in Forth, Tasmania. I am fasting today. 5th fast. Have a good day everyone.
