2pm in Australia, and my first of three fasts this week (Mon, Wed, Fri). So far I have done a bike ride, had a small lunch, and have to see my personal trainer soon - I wouldn't normally exercise so much on a fast day, but I had to swap sessions around due to the public holiday thursday, and I'd prefer to do it on a fast day than not at all!
Hi mspippa, Where can I see the BBC documentary. Was it on TV. I must have missed it.On the good morning programme this morning they were cautioning against it ( a nutritionist).Sour grapes I think.
Morning all, I'm joining you today as I was diving and travelling yesterday (SUnday) which is my, usually ,regular day. Ate quite late last night, but ready for it today.
Pamie, there is a link to the documentary in the resources section- I'm not sure if it works for New Zealand though...
Good luck to all finished, nearly finished, and just starting today. We really are an international bunch aren't we!
:D
I'm here too, doing my usual Monday fast. Just coffee and water until dinner that is going to be Hairy Dieters' chicken and mushroom risotto.
8:30 am in Riyadh and I'm on my second fast day of the week today as our Week starts on Saturday. Hope everyone has an easy fast day today :)
Morning all, im in today. i am attempting a 4/3 this week in a bid to curb my overeating on feed days,(FINGERS CROSSED) Hope you all have a good day
I'm possibly in - usually do Mondays, but might be taken out for lunch today - if so I'll fast tomoz. No breakfast either way.

Good luck everyone today
Fastin here in Finland too. We had a anniversary at saturday, so had too much food and alcohol. And it shows on the scale, + 1 kg! Well, back to the diet and show must go on... Have a nice day everyone!
Aaaargh- just wrote my post and it vanished! Unless I can't see it and it appears twice- if so apologies!
I am just back from the sun for a week and didn't do 5:2 there tho I ate fairly carefully- shame about the wine on tap! Did lots of walking and put on 3.5lbs, which is about half of what I usually put on.
Back to work today and 5:2- no bf except black coffee. Lunch will be left over home made coleslaw with light mayo and 100g smoked salmon. Dinner will be half carton bought fresh soup- 150 cals. Some fat free natural yog and a mini baby bel light should fit in too, Sue
Just noticed the times are wrong on recent posts- it's 7 something in UK now- this is set to UK time isn't it? Did someone forget the clocks moved? Sue
Hello Sue, the thingy is set to universal time or something and the UK is +1 hour that just now. It needs to be manually changed to show the correct time for the UK too.
Hope this kind of explains it!
;)
Hi all,
I'm in for my usual Monday fast, need it as I had my biggest intake I think yesterday since I started!
Oh well, onwards.
I added an extra 2 laps to my swim this morning and have kept to my usual routine of just a little fruit ( melon, 40 cals) at 3pm to keep me going through to dinner.
Veges and an egg tonight I think.
Good luck all.
Good morning all...have a good one :)
Hi-di-hi fellow fasters!
I'm on my 3rd fast today, felt I over indulged yesterday but according to MFP stayed under my calorie intake anyway! Am enjoying this WOE far more than anything else I have ever tried. Have done this for a week and my weigh in is on Friday - will be interested to see how it's going
