Going to yoga
Love doing yoga on fast days, makes me feel like a real yogi
Don't usually get hungry until late afternoon but it's only 2:30pm and I'm starving! Must stay strong for a snack at 5pm and a some cup-a-soups at 9pm...
Im also bit hungrier than usual and decided to split my dinner in two,and eat earlier just because I can and that is what I feel like doing for my body!

I just got back from my GP and he is actually very excited!
He is convinced that doing it only 2 days can only have a positive effect, as my immune system will be working more effective, pancreas and liver can have a rest, I do drink water. He did notice that I do look calmer than usual(I'm a bit hyperactive). Doing blood tests in 3 months(had it done 6 weeks ago)

He also says that my inflammation will be less as well(I have osteo arthritis)
I'm in today, I'm 20 hours on water so far. I'm putting off eating as I don't want a snack to get my hunger started.
I'm in too, fast #3 for me
18 hours in :victory:
My first day fasting and on the forum. It's 3.22pm and I'm ravenous.

I had two eggs, mushroom and cherry tomatoes for breakfast, dry fried. Plus what trendy people call a "piccolo latte" - shot of espresso with couple of tablespoons of milk.

I read some advice here about skipping all meals till dinner. Might try that next week if my second fasting day is too hard.
Morning all

I'm in too, :like: looks like a busy day at work so should be a good one, 13lbs lost so far in 5 weeks its working for me.
First fast for me today. It's all about the omelette I'm having this evening!
UN2NET great to hear your doctor approves.
Lincsguy congrats on such a good loss

4pm here and a bit cold today. Trying to hang out until 6pm for my pinto bean chilli. Oh well only 2 hours to go.
I'm in too!
I didn't do my laps this morning, going tomorrow, and I'm not as hungry today.
But certainly feeling the colder day!
Not sure what I'll have for dinner- I have lots of veges and fruit bought in though.
All the best everyone!
Morning all! I'm fasting today. I do feel particularly big today as waiting for imminent TOTM, but not going to let it deter me!
Wineoclock - I hear you with the cold! I'm in the Central Tablelands and today is the first of our really wintery days. I'm craving a latte so badly to warm/wake me up but I refuse to waste calories when the good barista at the uni cafe isn't even working!
Morning! I'm fasting today. I woke up insanely thirsty so I am hoping a big drink will sort out the hunger pangs.
I'm in! No food until this evening and feeling quite jealous of you Aussies at the end of your day!

I'm annoyed that the headache that I had yesterday evening is still lurking, but at least I have a busy morning to distract me. I just need to manage to leave the house without diverting to the kitchen!
Hi fellow fasters. Going to try today, been on anti-biotics and painkillers for 2 weeks so did'nt fast for that time. Good luck all x
