I'm in  fast #10 for me. 7.45am here and looking forward to it, after the ever so slightly indulgent weekend
I'm here too. Good luck :D
My first fast.

I prepared everything last night.

Excited to start, just having a black coffee for breakfast whilst I get ready for work...
I'm in too today. Week 16 starting. Got a shock when I logged on & saw 4 pages of fasting today already - keep forgetting its international now & some of you lucky things are nearing the end of your fast. Onwards & downwards
I'm absolutely starving! It's just after 5 pm. Dinner tonight will be Chinese sweet corn and crab meat soup. I couldn't find the calories in crab meat, but I imagine it's not a lot different to prawns. I was able to get it frozen from the fish shop. Can't wait to start cooking!
MONDAY IN UK NOW, & BOY DO I NEED A FAST DAY TODAY. JUST HAD A LOVELY WEEKEND AWAY IN DURHAM WITH MY HUSBAND, BUT I EXCEEDED MY CALS INTAKE BOTH DAYS, BUT WHEN I WEIGHED IN THIS MORNING I HAVE STAYED THE SAME, SO I'M QUITE RELIEVED. GOOD LUCK MONDAY FASTERS.
I'm fasting today as well. This will be week 11 so I should be used to it. Off to the gym later - I've discovered it 's easier on an empty stomach and I don't feel hungry afterwards.
Another fast day for me also. I think it is the start of my 15th week. Felt like I ate way too much this past weekend so I need it.
I'm in too!! Have a good one everybody.
Hi all I am new to this forum and today is my third day of fasting. Have had my two days off over the weekend but ate very healthly. Now wishing I had had some carbs for tea last night as Im hungry all ready! Trying the 'Boullion' 12 calorie drink today. Hoping it wards of the hunger pangs.

Good luck all

x
I'm in to - not had a proper fast for over a week as I wasn't well last week (mini fast on Fri but abandoned as my bro came over for tea).
Not sure what to eat this evening - have miso soup ready for lunch, has anyone got any suggestions of quick & easy meals to cook for 1? I have box fit after work so by the time I am done I am really ready to eat!!
I'm fasting too today. Was a bit naughty last night, so I've only really been fasting since last night around 10.00pm.

This is my second day of fasting so far and this week, will be my first full week.

Good luck all!
Yes I'm here today as well, might just try and be extra careful this week as well as the two fasting days, I've a wedding this coming weekend!
Good morning Monday fasters, count me in.

Me too! I still need to buy a dress this Wednesday - nothing like leaving it until the last minute. I'm hoping for a size 12 to be comfy. I'm just annoyed I was a snacking machine yesterday.
