Just totted up my calories so far for today and I've only had 400...now what to do with the other 100? Any suggestions?

Not much further to go everyone, hang on in there!
I'm on 397 cals so far, I'm allowing 40 for a low cal Hot Choc at bedtime and planning to "bank" the rest.
Is it nearly bedtime yet?

I've gone for a hot choc too! Depends how early you go to bed!!

My housemate (skinny bitch!) was sitting on the sofa munching her way through a bumper pack of chocolate digestives and offered me one, but at 80 cals each it was a no-go!
Glad you said housemate not friend. Well done though :like:
First time poster! I'm also fasting today - have been doing it for a few weeks, although life has kind of gotten in the way so the non-fast days haven't been great so have only lost a lb or two. But I've not given up - there's a real sense of achievement at the end of a fast day, and enjoy coming up with new recipes that come under 200/300 cal.

The first few weeks I could last until the evening on a midday cup-a-soup, but been getting v hungry at lunchtime recently! I've found Itsu is a great lunch option - some of their Potsus are around 300 calories and are yummy and filling. Eat has good 'hot pot' options too. Then tea was a mushroom thai curry with just a dash of coconut milk and cauliflower rice.
It's nearly bed-time, SianS. I really love all your comments. You look to be a really lovely, happy lady!

Only an hour to go for me! Been the easiest fast day yet.
I have fasted today, my 8th fast, and it has been ok, but I am glad it is nearly over. I don't normally count my calories, but have done today. Breakfast juice was 50 calories, lunch soup was 100 cals, 50 cals of coffees during the day. Dinner was a 3 egg omelette with asparagus, mushroom and onions. That takes me to around 500, which, as I am an active female fattie, means I have 100 cals left for my bedtime glass of milk. The best bit was resisting the plates of shortbread and choc digestives that got handed around at our staff get-together today! :)

Haha I'd probably class her as a friend too! Probably 60-70% of what she eats is chocolate-based...I console myself with the fact she's probably got tons of fat around her organs!!

Well done to you on the strong will-power!
I have to say today wasn't too bad. But I have an awful headache now and I can't figure out why. I drank plenty of water, around 7 glasses.. Only 1 cup of tea, usually have 4 or 5. Do you think it could be caffeine withdrawal?
My first post.

This is my third day of fasting. I'm trying 3:4 to kickstart the weightloss.

I last ate at 10pm Monday night and aim to go back to normal eating around noon Wednesday.

I've made a huge green smoothie - 100g carrots, 100g broccoli, 150g fresh pineapple, 2 sticks celery, 100g spinach, 2 tsp linseeds, fresh ginger & lime juice + 600ml water. All whizzed up in a blender. Makes about 3 pints which keeps me full throughout the evening and comes in at about 230 cals. I also ate some lean chicken breast and I've walked 5 miles today - which kept my mind (partly) off thinking about food.
