Fasting today as well. I usually only do dinner but tried lunch today. Tuna stuffed tomato. Cut tom 3/4 the way down so it opens up into eight sections like a flower, s&p, small scoop of tuna salad. It looks beautiful and tastes good too. I figure 200cals maybe a tad more. Also discovered mint green tea. I am a happy faster!

Fasted today. Bedtime soon. Food tomorrow - yay!!!

(Mind you I won't even be hungry when I wake up, thanks to IF and the effects of sleep on hunger hormones!)

I'm in today too. Second week on 5:2. So far, I found it best not to eat till late in the day, however have to work tonight, so am having my meal in the middle of the day. We'll see how it goes and if I last till tomorrow.

I've been fasting today too but now it's nearly bedtime. Felt quite hungry all day today, possibly because yesterday ended up being quite a low cal day as I was so busy. Sports day at school today, ran in the staff race which I hated. 40 years ago I was good at sprinting, now I'm better at longer distances. Quite worn out by all the aggro from parents whose children didn't get 1st, 2nd or 3rd! Looking forward to bed and breakfast in the morning.

On the down hill run to 1pm today
Made a vegetarian chilli for my dinner very heavy on the spices, peppers, chilli, tomato and celery and light on with 2 different beans. I had the dolls house size and DH enjoyed a lions share. Still enough away in freezer for another day. It was the comfort food I craved. Chilli just hits the spot for me these days.
I will just herb tea it to lunchtime now for us downunder chilly :). Not whining though
