Sounds like there are a lot of colds about :( I hope everyone is up to their fasting! I find it difficult when I am sick - which is why today is my first day back for several weeks. Had a terrible bout of migraines, followed by a holiday (holiday from fasting too) that has continued with guests staying at our place. Time to get back into it. I feel like I have gained a lot the past few weeks but I'm hoping it won't be too hard to shift again. No brekky today and it's almost lunch time and I'm not too hungry yet, so far so good! Good luck everyone.

Hiya. I'm fasting today too. Coffee for breakfast and water throughout the morning. For lunch I've had a fresh fig and 7 fresh lychees - 79 cals used according to myfitnesspal. Will have my main meal in about 7 hours so plenty more water on the menu for me this afternoon.

Count me in, gotta get a good one in the bag, before I go away on business next week. I can tell you that a whole week of travelling with 2 Frenchmen does NOT include fasting !!!!!

It's fasting at grandsons sports day, though rain is a'coming so who knows what will happen. If grandson is paired with a girl in his three-legged race he will be trying to run in the opposite direction, he can't abide girls yet. Hilarious watching him dance on May Day, no eye contact, barely hand-touching, stomping through it. Six is a great age innit!
His boy cousins, 8 and 6, managed not much better in theirs 2 weeks ago. His girl cousin, 5, will be much more competent. We have 10 grandchildren, keeps us busy!

I'm in today too. Second fast day of the week. Also done two 16:8 days which seems to have helped my non stop grazing on NF days. Looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow - I think that's a first! Have a great day everyone.

Yes I am here and looking forward to wining tomorrow ;>) Just had dinner, boring but I am now soooo full...had a big fried (minimal oil) up cauliflower thing with 2 small Bocconcini balls. Wasn't hungry at all today - even forgot to eat my apple - so far I am at 320 cals, will have an 8 cal hot choc with the rest of the milk I've measured out. So exciting LOL Hoping the scales don't let me down tomorrow

I'm in today too, I'm off to the dentist in about half an hour so that should calm any ideas about eating at lunchtime LOL.
I have to say that since the weather is slightly warmer in France I'm finding fasting easier, so I'm not surprised that you aussies are feeling the cold now!

I'm in! Planning to only have some strawberries later - I feel less and less hungry on fast days now. Still, I've lost no inches from my waist... Gosh this weight loss thing is going so slow.

Good luck everyone!
