I really think the extended fasts will do some great repairing in my body! I'm really excited and thinking about not packing any food on Thursday, and just doing the light dinner - 500 cals as an evening meal.
I now see that I can do it I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to just skip the food most of the day... and I did! Yay!
I've also been trying to start my day after fast with a workout, like a 30 min jog or HIIT workout. I've found it to be a good start back into the feast day and keeps me a bit more mindful of eating well. That is the strategy, anyway...
