Re: Fasting Thursday 11th July

I've had my toughest fasting day since I started this woe today :( think its been a combination of things, lack of sleep, the heat (though I'm not complaining about the weather) end of termitis (I work in a school) and also the fact that my darling daughter went on her first girly hol yesterday! (am equally thrilled for her and terrified at the same time, she's only just turned 18  . For the first time I've exceeded my fast day 500 calories, though I did rein it in at less than 800 so it's not a total loss. New day tomorrow :)
