I'm there. Been house-sitting (they left me lots of food) so have eaten a lot of wrong stuff this weekend - I hope that today isn't too dificult for me. Just kicked off with a vervaine tea and then will walk the dogs, off to my normal job for a bit then will have 'breakfast' around 11. Got my prawns etc in my house so am going there for lunch to keep me away from house-sit fridge and am going to bring my lo-cal dinner back with me for same reason!
I'm still in! We went to Bondi Junction. My friends had toast and some kind of yummy chocolate spread which I'd never seen before and I did have a tiny corner to taste, but no more. Had a miso soup for lunch and I'm ok till dinner which will not be until 8pm tonight. We are going to a synagogue where my friend is singing in a choir. Lamb cutlets and salad for dinner. I can do it! Passed up so much enticing foods at Bondi Junction! I am going shopping for delicious exotica to take home, in Leichhardt, tomorrow. I love that. I can have it all tomorrow!
I am soooooo on board. Need to get back on the wagon after an epic fall!!
:clover: Me too. Monday always feels the most 'natural' fast day for me: starting the week off with that 'in control' feeling whatever the weekend was like. Good luck everyone!
I'm in, a weekend of dinner-party, BBQ & day out at the races - added to the fact that MIL has now been here for nearly 2 weeks & she's on holiday so ......

Looking forward to this :)

Going to ride my boy this evening as a reward (if it's not tooooo hot, they're saying 31° )
I'm in! Way too much to eat yesterday (cider, chocolate and peanuts!) Feels like I've got a food hangover - bleurgh! Be glad to get back on track :like:
Morning all! I'm in, and this is my first time fasting while not at work this summer - hope it is ok. I enjoyed fasting while teaching as I hardly had time to think about it.
Yes, had a huge weekend, but aiming to maintain this week!
Me too
Have had a non-fasting week as family visiting from UK, have been treating everyone...self included with food.
Time for the big clear-up today, 3 children under 7 is like a tornado!
Have 300 cal chicken Kashmiri in freezer for tonight, will have it with broccoli & cabbage
Have a good one, everyone
I'm in, doing two days this week after a thee weeks of just one, or none, day. Maintained weight though, which I'm pleased about - now three weeks until we go a way, so will stick to 5:2 until then.

Enjoying my smaller body, I've been wearing a skirt for the first time in years! Who knows, at the end of the summer I might risk shorts!
Yep I am in. First fast for 2 weeks as had holiday. Looking forward to feeling back in control.
It is my 2nd fast day today - no brekkie. Tiny lunch and small dinner this evening.

I am a bit nervous as I am off to work so wonder if I will be able to do it in that environment.... after a drive 20 drive and then 20 minute walk into the office on a warm day during a UK heatwave (30c). Can I do this? Yes of course I can - with lots of water! :clover:
I'm in! I've got my son home from uni and he's going back tonight so will be cooking a meal for the family before he goes; I'm determined to resist temptation though! Set to be hot here today, so hoping sipping cold drinks will keep me going.
Yes I'm doing today, getting ready for my usual fastday walk before the weather gets any hotter. Good Luck to all :clover: Sue
Hi everyonbe. I'm in today, after a 2 BBQ weekend with too much wine! Good luck!
