I'm in today - ate loads yesterday. Definitely finding that fasting is affecting my capacity on non fasting days, which I guess is a good thing. On hols next week and thinking will aim for 1 day week fast on holiday. I have to say having this forum (as a relative newbie) is a great motivator for sticking with it so thanks all and good luck today.
Here we go and keep busy and keep sipping water :0)
I'm here after a tough fast day today ,decided to switch things up and had 200cal at breakfast time and rest not long ago put all in myfitnesspal tracker and worked out I've gone over by 20cal for the day :doh:
Only thing is i'm now craving something sweet which is very unlike me oh well keep busy and it will pass soon I hope.
I'm in today as well. Feel in need of this after the weekend's indulgences :)
I'm in as well. Feeling hot, tired and hungry. :/ Sipping some coffee now, maybe I'll have some strawberries later.
I am fasting today too. This is my 5th day of fasting and so far i am really surprised at the lack of hunger i feel throughout the day. Just goes to show we do eat for the sake of it. Good luck to all fellow fasters today :)
Fast day today for me as well and boy do I need it! I only did 1 good day last week and then I was away for the weekend eating and drinking way too much. It's 5AM and I'm hungry already.....not a good sign. I'm heading to boot camp in a few minutes. My plan is to wait until 2PM and then have a Greek yogurt.

I am too :) 3rd week of fasting. I feel like im getting into a pattern now. Mon, Wed fast days.
Hello fellow fasters. My OH & I are in trying to repair holiday weight gains so will not eat until supper. I think the wonderful sunshine is keeping us less hungry & more cheerful. I am working my way through a mountain of holiday washing but at least putting it on the line to dry is efficient because of drying so quickly & it's lovely in the garden. All the windows are open & we are upping our water intake today :grin:

I'm in! Another hot day so hope it'll be easy fasting today. Ate a lot over the weekend, enjoyed every bite of it.

Monday morning is my second favourite weigh in date now; the weight will have inevitably gone up since the Friday low but it's rewarding to see the "high weight" becoming lower each week, if that makes sense.
My husband and I (I always feel like the Queen when I write that!)are in today. I'm now maintaining but he has another 9 lb to go and I know that he won't fast unless I do - he even conveniently 'forgot' that it was a fast day on Friday when I left him on his own for a couple of hours and I came home to find him munching his way through a huge sandwich!

Nothing to eat for us until dinner this evening but plenty of liquids - of the non-alcoholic kind! Have a good fast day everyone. Keep busy and hydrated!
Hi all, nice to meet you! It's my first day at fasting.... Just had a cup of chai so far, and thinking what I could do for late breakfast/ early lunch.... Possibly an egg, but thinking how I could jazz it up!
I'm in. Had a weekend of shocking over indulgence, but am hoping that if I am good this week I might still see the arrow on the scales nudge down a nanometer. This is my 7th week and I have lost about 4 or 5 lbs - not massive, but I feel slimmer and my waistbands are looser. Haven't lost for 2 weeks though, so I am keen to have some progress...
Hey everyone today is my first fast day andits boiling hot so the water is helping lol. What do you drink on fast days? and when do you fast from? I have done it from the moment I woke up but actually I haven't eaten anything since 9pm last night it's now 10.51am :D Going to try hold of as long as possible as I didn't get anything for my lunch eek! This sun is going to my head so not used to it lol
