I'm sure you can Oatesy! You've bean doing extraordinarily well lately...and you're so fit too aren't you! Well done missus!
I confess I had a glass of wine or two over the weekend which is very naughty because I said I would omit it until Christmas. Hey Ho! I've just bean so busy and exhausted at the same time that I haven't really thought about it.
I am managing to fast today...but its a struggle in that horrible old weather isn't it.
How's you and Candy @Candicemarie? Are you both fasting today?
:starving:

Hi Beany. Hope you do ok today. I had a mug of squash soup at 12.45 was cold and a bit weak. Very busy at work and seeing as my soup is homemade and veggie it's not got many cals in it.
Roast chicken and roasted veg (courgette, red onion, and peppers with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, s and p)

Going to class later and need to log my food on MFP. Before I forget again.

Will do 16:8 today. Hey, I'm off to see "Pride" today. Has anyone seen that? Its supposed to be a great, feel-good movie so am looking forward to it.
Enjoy your non-fast day.

Well done all for getting through Mondays fast. Oooh after eights.........

I'm cracking the whip and getting the kids to tidy their rooms. Not like they've got much else to do.
And it's sounding very busy up there. It's the clothes on the floor, the furniture, the cups and glasses that do my head in, anyhow no tidy no pocket money. Son didn't realise that bedding need to be changed weekly. Ph essy.
I'm not even thinking about wine now. Im concentrating on not overeating on non fast days. Even if that means logging those pesky nibbles, snacks and forgotten biscuits.
I love going to the pictures. We saw inbetweeners the other week! Not sure if it was my thing but I giggled a lot. Have a lovely day and see you tomoz in the Wednesday fasting gent.

Well said!Such true words Carie @Carieoates " Now can i do this every week..well if i' m serious about it,yes"...
It's all mainly in our own hands to ignore the excuses, and the saboteurs ( usually self saboteurs)and just get on with it ...
On another note, i spoke too soon about the dratted yellow banner disappearing...Gahhhhh!
* goes off grumbling and muttering to self* x x

Hoping to see "Dracula Untold" next week some time. Oh yes, "Film Fan Bean" is back!!
Hope you guys are ok...how's the no-alcohol going?

Just dropping by to say that my dealcoholisation is going well. Even passed up tasting hubs wine last night to see if it was a nice one. I've found a nice fizz thanks to the sober to October thread, it's still a wee bit sweet, so a weekend treat. Lol even hubs liked it.
Apart from this ive been really focused this week having reestablished my cal counting on MFP and sharing my food diary with my great mates form here. Will pop back later with weigh in but yesterday morning pre fast. I was another pound down, fingers crossed. I'm hoping to take the crown of "Mrs average 1lb a week"

So bean, where have Lou been, busy with the shop or having a rest, fasting, or not?
Hello candy, Mmmmm.....Bon bons, cheap imitations not included.
