How did you enjoy your meal Bean?
I'm just watching Katie Hopkins on this morning on catch up. She's a vile person, but am very interested in what she's doing with regards to her documentary. Cannot believe she is actually cuddling the overweight lady on the sofa.

Oh yes she IS a vile woman isn't she. What is it she's doing? She's deliberately put on 3 stone in weight so that she can show people how easy it is to lose it again. Hope she doesn't end up with ME or some such illness so that she CAN'T lose the weight so easily! :curse:

Oh Candy! I'm SOOO glad you found my shop...and that it was an error on your part and not that my shop is missing. The would be a catastrophe wouldn't it.

Anyway, how are my buddies doing today? I've over-done it by mowing the lawn (first time since my illness, that's how good I've bean feeling lately. However, like Candy, I'm a "silly moo" and I've overdone it. Hopefully I'll be right as rain again tomorrow!)

Bean

Bean, I'm feeling very proud of you for even attempting the mowing. Well done.
And the shop is doing well, plus the fasting is gong swimmingly. Wow what a great autumn you're heading into.
So yes Katie H. Hate her with a passion, and I'm not a person who hates people. But.......benefit of the doubt. She has put her hands up and said, she needs to see it from the other side of the fence. I'm not sure if this is a good experiment, but she was actually comforting this lovely 25 stone girl, and is looking for people to join her to try and lose the weight.
Let's see how this goes. Am looking forward to the documentary when it airs. She's saying that you don't need to have money to lose weight. I'm concerned that the experiment is flawed because her weight is "new" weight and her body might remember how to act where the other obese people may not have that same advantage.

SOBER FOR OCTOBER....
So I'm seriously considering doing this. Did it once before just to prove to myself that I could.

It was after I took part in a diabetes study, (dont have diabetes) but it was a very interesting experience. And tonight on our local news it was announced that those who did it before will be asked to do another to compare results a few years on.
There were many blood tests, Dexa - body fat scan and a heart rate monitor on for four days and nights.

So it's got me thinking about booze, I look forward to Friday night, a couple of red wines, sat, a couple more, maybe one on Sunday with roast dinner.
But we are away for a grown ups weekend in London with my sis and hubby 24th -25th oct. So will have to stop before then. Therefore will it still be sober for October ? maybe. Could start this Monday to even it up.
