I did the test too and am not in any group ! So it couldn't decide why I was/am overweight.
I've had a protein bar and a chai tea so far today. Got done homemade squash soup and a Yoghurt for lunch. Haven't had yoghurt for ages.
Just conveying all my knowledge to my mate about 5.2. Told her to ditch the breakfast, could have had a cuppa soup at lunch Instead.

What was her response to that?!
I've just discovered I'm 54% constant craver and 32% totes emosh eater. I was really pleased to see I'm using the right diet. Well, there's only one way of eating isn't there!
Right, hope you're all set for tomorrow's fast. I can't wait

I've had a bit extra to eat today, think its TOTM so craving carbs, had some cheese and crackers (black stick blue) Lancashire blue cheese. It'll all come out in the wash, right must get on with some jobs to get me through to dinner time.

That's surprising Carie because soup normally fills you up doesn't it! I had half an M&S vegetable soup and must say I am now eagerly awaiting my supper tonight...beef stroganoff...and boy does it look yummy. Mmmm

It was ok in the end. Low cal dinner and no pud or eve snack got me back to my 500 and a bit cals.
I did gain a bit over the weekend, and so am now putting that right, prob the Chinese takeaway salt caused that.
Anyhow today is a new day and I have a salmon salad for lunch and a stuffed chicken breast for dinner with .....???? I don't know what yet.
Have a good day, I'm really pleased with your formidable IFing Bean. You'll be back to where you want to be in no time at all.

Thanks for that Carie! I'm so glad you didn't tip over the edge yesterday. Well done for keeping in the limits! Did you see the last part of that diet programme yesterday? They were given a piece of cake and told it was 700 cals...so they ended up eating more than those who were told it was 190 cals per slice (the same cake). Its funny how if you go over just a bit you think "blow it, may as well go the whole hog!" We really need to be careful and you did a great job yesterday so well done!
I was pleased with myself too because it did become quite difficult towards the end of the evening. Evenings are in fact the worst part of a fast day for me. I watch TV and of course there is a lot of food on there and my mind just wanders and thinks of naughty things to eat. Anyway, I finished off with a low-cal hot chocolate and still haven't eaten since. Onwards and downwards eh

Hello to all. I was going to say good morning but realised I'm a little late today (busy with shop and visit to garden centre for a cup of tea (no hot chocolate today :starving: )) Anyway, I have to wait until this evening. I have got a wonderful looking M&S chicken and mushroom tagliatelle (not sure how to spell it) which I have to say looks so delicious....I can't WAIT to get my teeth into it. Just about to take my little girls out for their constitutional (although I feel so cold today :( )
What's on the menu for tonight Oatesy? Oh and I shall be joining you tomorrow morning on the scales. Not literally but you know what I mean. I wonder if we're still the same!
 :starving:

I think I'm having liver onions, cabbage and celeriac mash. Homemade - of course.
We have fizzy water and non alcohol drinks coming out of the walls.
Good luck for tomorrow. I may not have done so well this week as have had too many carbs and not logged properly on non fast days . To maintain at 12.3 would be great to be perfectly honest.

Been watching the horizon diet show s for this week and got back to writing my weekly menus and shopping for those meals rather than indiscriminate buying.
Leek and potato soup will be made and using homemade "ready meals " from the freezer to help utilise my time.
Next week will be better I promise,
