Last night, Me and DD shared a portion of chippy chips and a fish. And a glass each of Pinot grigio. Bliss x

Oh boy. Steak, fish, chips and wine. I'm missing out here,
I've declared that I'm going low carb this week too just to shake my body up a bit.

I do have salmon one day, that's correct.
Been more organised this week with menu planning so hopefully I can do better. And with just 65 days till my hols yes I'm counting. I'm hopefull that I can do it,

Well Beano it just proves that this IS a great WOE doesn't it! Even tho i find it difficult! Yep ribeye n chips,and fish n chips ( admittedly quite sparse portions) and a glass of vino...and STILL lost weight even tho over 60, underactive thyroid and v little exercise! Why the heck do i ever complain! X

It most certainly is! I put it on because apparently, according to the paper, he's feeling a bit lonesome at the moment. I'm always here ;)

Well, I finally got through my fast yesterday. It felt like a blimmin long day. I came up with a good little snack, though. A bowl of Cheerios (without the milk). I sat munching them for quite a while. Its good to find a food that you can make last a long time, isn't it. Image

Are you fasting today Oatesy and Candy? If so, whats the plan? :wink:

Yes I'm in today.
I've just had a cuppa soup as cold. And a yoghurt. Tonight its chicken thighs and stir fry veg. Can't believe ive blown 209 cals on a light lunch.
