Laters......I will be back.....(like Arnold Swartzenegger)
Tell me what's on your mind and how you aim to get to your goal.
Then I will do the same, I may be a but sweaty though, hope you don't mind. Caio
@Carieoates ! Hello buddy :)

Well I hope your run went well. Don't drip on the carpet there! Anyway, moving on to my weight loss goal: overall I'm planning on losing a substantial amount in the hope that one day I'll be a loose size 12 and weigh just 9 stone 7. Then, once I've reached my goal I will have my breasts reduced if they still resemble pumpkins ;)

At the moment I am really psyched up and keen on fasting every other day, plus I've quit chocolate (just like you ;) ) and I plan on cutting out puddings at lunch time on feast days. My main issue is that, unlike you the bionic woman, I am unable to exercise very much. Indeed, today for example I walked my dogs (45 minutes) and did 10 mins yoga...that is not bad for me. Some days, however, I just have to stay on the sofa or in bed!

There, I think I've pretty much covered my big plans. Now what about you? You certainly seem to be well geared up with your exercise routines. What is your main aim?

Bean :handshake:
Well @nursebean my dear, my ultimate goal is to get to my weight before having kids which was 11 stone something, what that something was I cannot remember. But I was a size 12 and did a lot of exercise, in the form of football, five -a-side football, and aerobics. I know it's not very light but I do have a lot of muscles..honest.

I was also a model.......... A wedding dress model lol

So I have lost 11 lb on a very slow pace since the summer.

Now that my op is Long gone and I'm now back to normal, whatever that is....

How am I going to do this.
I am going to cut out wine mon to thurs, unless it's a special occasion and now I'm not eating chocolate  till Easter.
I will do good old fashioned 5.2 but with 16.8 on all other days. Weekends are totally 16.8 with added takeaway and booze, and the occasional Sunday lunch pud.

I'm back to my beloved exercise, and I hope to drop 1lb a week getting to goal before my nieces wedding on 14th June.
So 16lb to go...17 weeks to the wedding. Ooooooo only just worked that out.....can I do it
Oh you can DEFINITELY do it @Carieoates ! Sounds as though you've got it all sorted. So, you do 16:8 on every non-fast day? Does that basically mean you NEVER have brekkie? Don't you ever miss cereal or bacon and eggs in the morning?

So, how much exercise do you do per week?

So many questions...sorry about that

Bean
I don't ever have brekkie, I have lunch and on non fast days I have poached egg on toast. To be honest I don't get hungry till about 11 so I stretch it out till lunch by having a coffee or tea. And being back at work it's easier now.

I exercise a lot. Mon, weds, fri and sat I do an aerobics class and two to three times a week I do running on my treadmill. I'm aiming to complete 5k and I've also signed up for insane terrain in April.

Yes we can do it but I'm expecting a few hiccups along the way.

Yes, chat in here. We all want to eavesdrop :-) i figured if we do it with PM'ing the value for the whole forum is much less.

Of course, we can't stop you having private messaging with anyone. Just saying for the purpose of teh buddies tent, if you can keep it open that will be smashing
Ah yes, I have started with a bang!! Don't look if fasting today! The BEST salted caramel choccy tart (@silverdarling!!)

Morning @nursebean I've just weighed in at 12.8.6. :victory:

Went to class this morning and flung my 45 yr old bod around and have now had two poached eggs on a slice of thick white bread (188 cals) and a yummy full Fat coconut yoghurt by yeo valley (165 cals)
Will have to open my Lindt chocs, just to make sure they're ok. (70cals each)

Think I might go a bit mental tonight at my Birthday meal out.
What's your plan for today. ?
Hello @rawkaren... I expect you're still tucked up in bed right now! Did you manage to go on line and choose some new scales? How are you today? It's still raining cats :cat2: and dogs :dog: here, but at least it's not raining indoors! Happy fasting Karen.
Regards from Auri X
Hey @Carieoates you shouldn't be counting calories on your birthday! Sorry, struggling a bit with energy levels today so I expect you're already out having your delicious meal!! Hope you don't/didn't count calories then!

Hope you're having a great birthday today. I've eaten some of my birthday coffee cake today just for you :-)
