A very well kept secret!! Cola and Tamar Valleys are the places to look out for, not sure how many of them export to the UK. If you want to treat yourself, I absolutely love Muscats and Topaques from Rutherglen in Victoria! me, drink?? Nah

Ah .... very bad night next to no sleep damn it, have a big productive day planned but I need a sharp mind. It is such a curse not being able to sleep but still needing to function on a few cylinders. Am off to the gym to at least get a bit on track but think I will just cruise around today.

Good on you PFT sweet dreams and wake refreshed everyone on top of the world

Neck fat definitely contributes to snoring, so does a too high pillow as it scrunches the neck fat into even more of a roll that presses on the windpipe. I could actually induce a snore when fatter, just by relaxing and tilting my head down, I could 'see' the rolls of fat jutting out from under my chin. Hubby says I still do snore, but they are little girlie ones now. WTF is a little girlie snore, what does it sound like???

Tonight I have plans for my husbands body.... marinated in some of that sancerre should be about right... But, honestly, I have purchased some magnesium and will see how it works tonight. I am giving it to my eldest too as he is having real problems with sleep, or lack of it. You can't always have a nice mug of hot chocolate, especially not on a fast day.

I'm here @CandiceMarie & @Debs, it's nearly 6am here but on a Saturday morning that's still the middle of the night

Don't know why but I'm excited about today, doing nothing really special but just gonna be lovely somehow:

Hairdressers - my hair did that "fine .... fine ...... fine ..... aaarrggh need cutting" thing last week so I'm looking forward to feeling normal again since I suddenly & unexpectedly became a gonk!

Pharmacie - to get pessarie prescription (exciting)

Alençon (our nearest, 1 hour away, large town) - lunch at Buffalo Grill (treat for OH) and then clothes shopping in the sale (I just so love being a size 38/10!)

Home to feed the OAPS (horses) & then off for my first classical riding lesson (rather than natural horsemanship) on my boy (hugely excited), then back for our saturday night shared bath

Who wouldn't be looking forward to all of that??!!!

Oh @Debs sorry i missed you and sorry about the pesky damn work! Only just noticed you wrote a while ago..i went onto my emails and on another site( not 5:2 related )
Gonna try n have a snooze now..i can usually fall asleep between six and eight a.m. Why is that..who knows..but at least its better than nothing
When do you get a day off Debs? Do you always have to work weekends? X

Hope you are napping now!!! Yes, I work 21 days, with a day off in between, and then 7 days off, so I never know what day it is!
I actually forgot it was Saturday until I checked what day I was fasting!I generally really like Saturdays, they are so predictable, put the pizza dough on, go to Salamanca Market for fruit, veggies and goodies, shopping and home for afternoon tea. Later, homemade pizza and red wine. Nothing special but always enjoy it!!
