@CandiceMarieboys and they are very close I don think a day goes by that the don't speak to each other on the phone. I always think it must be lovely to be a twin.

Thats lovely,@nessie x
I wd love to be a twin too..mum of twins is pretty special
My beau has twin girls, now in their thirties
I ask them what its like but they say,as they dont have brothers or sisters, they dont have anything to compare it with. I dont think they are that close but i feel they wd be there for each other in a heartbeat when necessary and if the chips were down
Both have children which i think makes for extra special cousins!
Wd love to experience life as a twin!

Hallo, I appear to be still alive after all.
Thank you for your thoughts Nessie and Candicemarie, the good news is I'm down three pounds but that won't last!
What an awful bug this is, the sweat was pouring off me like a river on Tuesday night, OH said I appeared to be melting before his eyes. He's the same, only the cat seems to be ok!
I've just eaten a soft boiled egg, first real food since the weekend.
Onward and wellward.

Down another pound to 11stone, woohoo! The 'Be really ill for a week' diet is tremendously efficient, at a cost of losing complete control of my life, which appears to be on hold, but at least hasn't terminated.
Ate a salmon fillet, two lettuce leaves, two plum tomatoes, four slices of cucumber for dinner yesterday, and a NLY.
Still pouring sweat like a river intermittently and mostly lying in bed, no strength.

Rejoicing in homegrown blueberries, picked yesterday and left in water overnight, plump and astringent to wake my sour taste buds this morning. Not too much now, shrunken tummy easily filled.

Oooh weight up two pounds since imminent demise/return from the dead. Knew it would so oh well not to worry. Coughing like a twenty a day gal though obvs don't smoke. Managing to do the odd housework thing then have to rest like a ninety six year old for an hour. OH asleep in opposite chair now.
Light at end of tunnel may be oncoming train :0.
