I thought the stars were a lovely idea. And I want some!!! As I've said before, the battle is only with ourselves! I know how brilliant it is to lose weight....so I rejoice when someone else loses something, because I know what an achievement it is.....
Hi everyone! Just come back from weigh-in. This week I have mostly lost...One and a Half pounds! Yeah! Happy with that!!
Bean
Well done @nursebean!
@Ana56 How dispiriting not to have lost anything. I don't know if it is encouraging or not, but I only lost 2 pounds in my first 5 weeks, and a total of three pounds by the end of my 7th week, and I did go on to reach target in the end. However, I know I was changing shape a bit at that time, which kept me going. (I'm off target at the memnt though)
Can I suggest that if you haven't already, that you take lots of measurents, eg wrist, neck, calf etc not just waist hips, bust. Because there are weeks when you change shape even if the scales don't register a change. I'm not quite sure how this happens, but it does.
Did you work out how to look at other people's trackers? Click on the cog by their name. Some are set to private, but I used to find looking at those quite interesting, as not everybody lost a neat pound a week! Keep going!
:like: For awhile I was happy to lose a half pound a week, and  very discouraged when I gained, even if it happens to many of us. Look at my Tracker and see the ups and downs. Oh well. I am enjoying all the fresh garden produces and losing right now. It helps that the weather is so hot that I have little appetite.
This week I am down another 2.6 lbs, the most 2-week loss ever. I will celebrate with a new book instead of a dessert! 214.4 lbs now. :victory:
Challenge start weight 220.6lbs. Lost 6.2 lbs so far.
Great work everyone who is still with us. :like:
That's fantastic, @GrannieAnnie!!
Well done @grannieannie, that's great :like:
And this morning, I'm down 4.5 pounds since the challenge started :-)
Nice work @Tracieknits! :like: :like: :like:
Hallo, I'm a bit late to this as usual but I'd like to join please?
I've started today doing <1100 calories in a 16:8 window, and hoping for the best again.
Weight today 78.4kgs.
55g carbs and 68g protein today, not too bad :0)
Challenger#15 checking in and down 1.8 New weight is 180.2

I need to be a bit more accountable to my food intake on my fast days. I've gone over 500 cal on these days, it was a much tougher week this week...but I still lost and I'm very happy for it. I can't wait to be in the 170's. Thank you all for the words of wisdom & knowledge..I love being apart of a team. Keep up the hard work all
Great job @Woods_Woman I'm actually in your part of the country. I'm visiting Seattle until tomorrow and then I head back to CT!
hello all

just checking in as have been a bit absent again. not out of choice, just been really busy getting ready to go away tomorrow for a week. havent weighed in as havent been able to get to the boots I normally weigh in but havent been really naughty. belly feels flat which is a good sign on non over-indulgence :)

will be back in a week to chase those stars that all you lovely people have already gotten & hope to catch up before the end of the challenge.

dee @justdee thanks for the challenge. shelley xx
Hi everyone, I was a bit fed up this morning when I jumped on the scales. They showed 167lbs. When I weighed on Wednesday morning I was so delighted to be 165 so sadly a pesky 2 extra lbs have appeared. Having read Dee's post I know it could be water etc and I had more carbs yesterday than I have been eating but even so...!
However I am still 2lbs down on my starting weight, I'm having to wear a belt with jeans and if I can lose 1lb a week I will hit my challenge target.
So far so good ...
Weight today: 77.4kgs
Carbs today 38g and protein 73g, calories <900.
It helps that it's proper summer hot here, 26*C, so little appetite. Hurrah!
Also managed eating window of 6 hours today :0)
Welcome to the challenge @Azureblue, with just over 4 weeks left, there is still time to make a difference. Do you have a challenge target in mind? Looks like you're already off to a great start. Good luck. :clover: :clover: :clover:

Well done to everyone who lost this week. I had the same thing @Queen56, I was a few lbs down for the last few days, then today (my official weigh day) it's back up again, so less than a lb loss for me this week,,, still, better than a gain. Good luck for this week guys and to those weighing in tomorrow. :clover: :clover: :clover: :crossed:
