Weight today 76.2kg, so back down a bit again, hurrah!
Calories under 1100 on a 17:7 fasting day.
Carbs 33g, woohoo!
Protein 23g, oh dear, far too low, must do better
Tomorrow I'll probably need to drink a high protein bottle, an easy 26g and a bit of a cheat really but sometimes needs must. I'll have been <1100 calorie/<50g carb-ing per day for a week and can assess how it's going.
Take care my friends, and keep on keeping on :like: :clover:
Weight 76.3kg again today so a bit of a stall already, probably due to being a bit constipated, though the amount of water I've drunk this week you wouldn't think it possible :frown:
I suppose my food intake has been small enough to not trigger the required peristalsis, I'll up my oils intake to help with that, though the calories count will rise with that.
Onward! :geek:
I've started taking Magensium tablets (3 a day - 600mg) and I must say I'm not sure if its helped my ME/CFS symptoms yet - but they sure do rule out constipation!! Worth a go I'd say
Weight 76.4kg today, though I stopped counting my macros yesterday as I was having a little weh-hey Saturday! Coconut and olive oils enjoyed successfully so today I'll reign it back to 1100 cals.
This lovely hot weather is very helpful with fasting as my appetite is reduced, so trying to make the most of the dog days
Have a happy day folks :0)
25 Challenge …

Today returning to fasting, many visits, many meals!

It’s great to have friends, they bring us joy and satisfaction, but our project suffers backwardness because of the good food!

Hugs

 I understand. Relatives here in a week, no fasting. Much luck. :clover: :clover:
Weigh in today. 164lbs...5lbs lost since beginning this challenge!
I am delighted ( and relieved) as weight loss last week was soooo slow. Good luck everyone and thanks you for this thread and challenge.
I'm down to 203.8, 6.5 pounds down, 10.5 to go. I usually lose the most on wednesdays, since that follows two light days. So my fingers are crossed. I have 4 weeks and 2 days until I leave for Paris, and 10.5 pounds is pushing it....

My grand total is a nice, even 68lbs down today.

You go girl! Congratulations.
Limping in to record my Monday (25th July) weight as 181.4lbs - the very same as the week before! Reason for this is that I am not actively trying to lose weight at the moment....but that is not good! I've been officially off the BSD for about 3-4 weeks - wanted a break....but it was only supposed to be for a week or so. August is beckoning...so I'm going to have to get back on the straight and narrow if I'm going to shift any more....

@tracieknits...you are knocking it out of the park, girl!! Brilliantly well done!
Well @hazelnut20 maintaining is harder than losing, so well done on maintaining!!

My official weigh in day was kind to me today - 202 even. This brings me to 8.3 pounds down out so far for the challenge :-)

I'm down 69.8 total/33 since I started weight watchers in April. :-)
Good morning,
Congratulations to those of you who have had losses! It is very inspiring. I weighed myself yesterday and have not lost anything yet. I guess that is better than gaining! I have not really gotten back into a routine with exercise since I got back from my vacation (I had to stay with my mom for a few days), but I plan to do that today and I need to start being a little more careful about what I eat when I go out. I have been pretty good about my eating window though. I hope to at least make a little progress by the end of the challenge!
Hello everyone, sorry I've not been around, I've had family to stay and had a very busy week. I don't know how but weigh in on sunday was a 1.5lbs loss. I've not been on any sort of plan and I'm eating 'what feels like' loads of junk. My habits have changed for sure but things are slowly getting back to "my normal", that's not a good thing and it has to change. I will try to get back into the swing of things now and hope for a loss on sunday.

 :victory: :like: Congrats on getting to/past your challenge goal @grannieannie, well done, you're the first (of what I'm sure will be many) to reach target. Everyone is doing sooo well.

I've updated the info on page one. If I've missed anyone please let me know. Well done everyone, there's loads of stars already and we still have 3 weeks left. Keep up the great work, good luck :clover: :clover: :clover:

:like: :victory: Well done on the maintenance @Hazelnut20, good isn't it? Let's get back on it hun,, we're sooo gonna do it this time. Think I'll go for the rest of the week being BSD, I need to top it up a bit before I get out of the habit and carbs creep up anymore, then see how things look at the end of the week. :clover:
Hello everyone
I'm back :) had a lovely week in lanzarote with hubby and 3 of the kids. It was hot and windy but very relaxing.
Everyone seems to be doing so well. There are so many stars on the first page. Well done all xx
Meant to start back doing bsd or a fast today but family visited as we were away on daughter's birthday and I took a liking to the biscuit tin and was craving toast!
Anyways, have eaten lots of what I fancied so am here to become accountable tomorrow. Will do a boots weigh in to see the holiday damage and give Dee another start weight.
Tired now. Been a long day so off to bed. Well done everyone. Shelley xx
Hi Shelley@johns, glad you had a lovely relaxing holiday. Good to see you're ready to get back to it. That's us both accountable for tomorrow. Think I'll go for a fastday, then if I need it to be, it can be a BSD day. win win. Good luck tomorrow
