Its very good of you Moogie to give the people on their site advice but I would have thought MM and Mimi should be participating more.

Good one TML :like:
I love this forum and I'm going to stick with it :)

Try growing up with it! ;)
I've been called all sorts by folks who couldn't pronounce it. Marooshka, Babooshka, Marishka, Mereska, Manska...

My sis was born in the Netherlands and got named Claire. I was born over here and got this name. Go figure!

Been known as Moogie since I was about 14 :)
Surely its pronounced as its spelt ma-ris-ka?!
Claire is a great name also ;-)
Why would I opt for beer when I have Champagne? No thanks, you don't get rid of me that easily, Team Moogie all the way for me........

TML asked earlier if she was bad or bad. TML as my nephew would say you're BA-AA-AAAAD!!!
I don't know whatTML has said or done but I like her and if she is supporting the lovely Moogie then that is fine with me,

The problem is his book didn't add more useful information to my 5:2 knowledge. I got almost everything from the Horizon programme. Then filled in the gaps from my own knowledge. This site confirmed most things, thanks everyone. I don't think there is much more to say from the scientific point of view. So I don't think their forum can add anything to what this site is already doing.

What this site adds is personal experiences and anecdatal evidence. With a good smattering of scientific speculation.

I think Dr Mosley has been overtaken by the succcess as a diet and is now well behind in the running. It will be interesting to see whether his forum can add anything to the discussion. Apart from claiming it's the official forum and his site is a pale imitation of the unofficial site!
No contest! Had a look and scurried back here.
I've got everything I could ever want and more here. I would even say that I have gotten to 'know' quite a few people now. The only reason I'm going to have a look is to see what TML said.
Hi Moogie,

I think creating a new forum about the 5/2 is a bit silly, it must be that MM is envious of your success. I find this forum incredibly friendly and also very informative. So a huge thanks to you and to all the other forum workers, have a nice evening,

i think TMLs comment may have been removed,im not going anywhere else this forum is the only way i can do this WOE
I can't find what TML has said or done, I've looked on the site but none the wiser, can someone, anyone enlighten me please? I am a fan of hers so whatever she has said or done my gut instinct is to support her,

Where is TML? Honestly, that girl.....probably off enjoying her evening , nice glass of wine and a cigarette, in some lovely café in Athens in the evening sun...Anyway ballerina, she pointed out that the original and best website was this one and kindly provided a link!! Brilliant..and you're right - her comment has been removed! Slightly sinister, I think :curse:
I can't find anything at all, but I'm team Moogie all the way :)
