Manderly, the beauty of a long-term relationship is that you and your partner remember and see each other the way you were when you were young, regardless of how you look now. We were on fire for each other 38 years ago and still are, even though the flames don't soar up as often now as they used to at ages 72 and 80 LOL. So don't worry about how you'll look in 20 years. Treat each other with consideration and tenderness and all will be well.

Oh, Marybeth, you deserve a Nobel prize for that one! How true! What a wise lady you are and what a lucky man your husband is

Ballerina, you must admit that a man butt naked with socks on is the less sexy thing ever

Marybeth, you're a lucky lady. In 38 years he will be 93 and I 77... Let's cross everything possible for us to live this long.

I just want to deal with the strech marks as soon as possible, it's what bothering me the most, most than the excess skin anyway. I believe I need to love my body to be kind to it

Don't have to look at them, I KNOW they're here and the taunt me and...... I just can't... I don't know if there is a word in English for that but, in French we say it's a "tue l'amour" (love kill ?). I don't car if he keeps his shirt (well, not really but if I have to choose one) but the socks are a big no no

Silverdarling, you just beat me to it there.

Yep, passion killers come many guises, socks just being one of them, or was that a pair of them?

The fun part, once you have stopped laughing, is removing them.................oh!!!!

Thanks Silverdarling, my translator app doesn't seem to know this kind of expression

If I laugh when I see my partner tuesday, it will be your fault Ballerina and I don't know how I will explain that to him

Don't worry for the hijack, talking about sex in a playfull way is really fun. In fact I don't believe I could talk about it that way a few months ago. And I began talking about it anyway so it's my fault

He can't wear socks, if he forget them, I have a pair of scissors ready near my bed but I know some guys who can't help but keeping them with the excuse that they have cold feet

Oh dear, oh dear Manderley, the mental picture of you brandishing a pair is scissors, which you conveniently keep by your bedside is just cracking me up. Poor man might run off into the night in fright so he will need his socks
