Week thirteen (The Last) progress
Exercise

13/06. 8 mile walk, Gamblesby, Hartside and Busk
14/06. 8.5 mile walk, Glassonby, Long Meg and Lacy's Caves
15/06. 7.5 mile walk, Bampton to Howtown - Eden Wheel 1
16/06. 3 mile walk, Lady's Walk Edenhall
17/06. 5 mile walk, Temple Sowerby and Eden River side
18/06. 5k jog
19/06. 5k jog/walk
20/06. 5.5 mile walk Penrith, Thacka and Newton Rigg

Best time on jog 37 min 28 sec

SUMMARY - in 92 days I failed to exercise on 2, which is a success rate of 98%. My time for walking/jogging 5k went down from 57 mins 30 secs to 37 minutes 28 secs. Is there a smilie for smug?

Added sugar - sugar in 85% chocolate on Sunday and Thursday
Oil pulling - no
