Awesome job, Carorees!

Tell us more. How much weight have you lost overall? Are you buying any new clothes? Has this diet been easy for you? What's been the difficult thing about this diet? How do you feel?

So happy for you!
Awesome news! That's my goal right now, to get back out of the obese category and back into over weight and (Eventually, it'll be a long wait -hehe- but worth it) a healthy weight range.

Congratulations Carorees!
As others have said - well done! We need good mole rodels...sorry, role models!
I notice this was first posted in early march, so there must be more congratulations due now!

Bad luck on not being quite there yet, try not to get downhearted. You've done so well, focus on progress when the goals slip I say!
I'm aiming to get out of the obese category too and it's slow going. I must be the worlds slowest loser, but at least it is going the right way.

Ok, so it took me rather longer than I hoped, but I've finally broken through into the overweight category...it took me 4 months to lose the 10kg extra I didn't know I had until I bought those new scales! Next target: BMI 25!
Huge congratulations Caroline!! A wonderful achievement. Many, many thanks from me (and I'm sure all of us on the forum) for all your input and hard work on here, which has benefitted so many of us.
That's awesome, Caroline! Congrats!
Excellent. New scales must have been so frustrating, but you've done it - bril
That's brilliant news, congratulations Caroline! :like: You really are such a great inspiration for the rest of us. You can be proud of your achievement; I hope you celebrate in whatever way is most appropriate for you. You're on the home stretch now really; the best of luck for the last bit!
Fantastic news Caroline!

Congrats on your loss ;-)
You've been hovering just above 30 so to get below must be the best news on the forum this week! Lovely to share your success.
Welcome to being merely overweight! :like: :star: :) and don't go buying anymore "new" scales, lol it would be a shocker if it was the new scales that had been off all along and you are actually 10kg lighter? ;) ok wishful thinking, lol :clover:
Great news Caroline I was wondering how you were getting on. I hope you took the old scales out and threw large stones at them or it may have been more satisfying to jump on them from a great height.
YAY! Well done that woman! :victory:
