A pound a week doesn't sound very much, but when you think of it over a year it's positively WOW!

Thanks for the number-crunching, carorees. :like:

Congratulations everyone. I will be joining in next month Caroline. I have been all over the place since I joined the forum. Inconsistent weigh days. So I need some discipline with tracking my progress. I filled my tracker in this month on the 6th so may the 4th be with me too I hope.

Fantastic job Caroline, well done. Everyone has done so well, it is encouraging to see, & for all the newbies it shows it works. Roll on the next weigh in!!

Hi Caroline
I believe the results are biased since people who don't lose weight and those who gain weight tend not to post. There are in fact many threads regarding weight gain or stalled weight. Perhaps you should post a request for people who gain or don't lose to respond and give them your questionnaire as well as to a matched number of top losers ( I mean winners)
