Hi 52 ers,

I have been on diet since 2.4.13 and stiking rigid to 500 cals on fast days (normally Mon & Wed) However weighed myself yesterday morning and am back to my start weight - where am I going wrong?

Dont tend to overeat or eat lots of junk during non fast days - feeling gutted

:(
