:victory: Update. Bought some new scales as got fed up of not being able to weigh at the same time each week, last weeks up and down depressed me so I bought some all singing dancing ozeri scales from amazon.

I was so worried as I knew they would show more than mums old ones but hurrah, only 4lb heavier than hers so not so bad.

I weighed this morning as fasted tues and thurs and was 10.4 so I have two pounds to go till
Goal on the new scales, at goal on the old scales!

Very happy with this so I going to stick with loosing the last 2 lb on the new scales weighing Friday mornings.

Had so may compliments this week with the sun shining and being able to wear sleeveless tops and dresses.

Feels amazing! Fasting was ok yesterday but I did feel a bit rough and tired in the evening An early night and breakfast has sorted me out and I feel a lot better today.

Well done all you guys and :clover:
Slow and steady. Another half pound gone. The nearer I get to goal the slower it is.

Only 1.8lb away from goal on mt new flash scales so on mums original ones I'm at goal :like:

I'm a sucker for doing it right though so I want to be at goal on my new scales.

Two more weeks should do it, and then I'm in centerparcs for a week.

Hope everyone's having a great day. :clover:

I'm soooo happy, finally after 19 weeks I've reached my goal of 10.2lb
To think I was 11.12lb ish at Christmas I'm so pleased.

It's been painless, though the last few weeks plateau was a bit frustrating but now it's finally happened. Those wonderful numbers appeared this morning.

I will now move to maintainance

Thank you everyone who supported me on this and good luck to those of you on this woe

I will be still pooping in from time to time,
I'm on holiday half term so expect I will gain a few pound then anyway haha

YAY to 5.2.
Ha ha. Typo, pooping in, quite like that phrase
Well done, that's amazing! Good luck on the maintenance :-D
Fantastic, congratulations! :like:
:musical: :musical: Congratulations! and Celebrations! :musical: :musical:
off to maintenance with you, and keep pooping, err I mean popping in and poo I mean posting!
That's excellent news 10.2 is my next target, once I've reached my first one! Really looking forward to changing it on my progress tracker.

Good luck on maintenance, it will surely be strange with 1 less fast per week!
I am so pleased for you. And long may you stay there (at target weight that is).
