Hi. Only been a week on 5.2 with two fasts done, found them pretty ok, second one was easier.

Previously lost 7lb calorie counting but that was getting me down, not being able to have treats with out guilt, this is awesome, today I had a bacon sarnie and a cake and large latte and a roast dinner, calories came in about 1500 but I'm absolutely stuffed and not craving anything sweet at all. Most odd!

My measurements have been decreasing weekly

Waist was 37 now 35.5inch
Hips 39.5 now 38.5 inch. ( which is really annoying tbh as my hips and legs are fine, I'm apple shaped)
Upper arms 11.7 to 11inch
Thigh 21.5 to 21 inch

I was 11.10lb at Xmas (started cal counting and swimming. )
On starting 5.2 was 11.4lb
Now I still don't know as can only weigh at mums house but will weigh Tuesday My jeans are getting looser so something is happening.

Finding the articles on here so motivating, only my mum and husband know I'm dieting so it's great to have somewhere to chat. :)
Brilliant! Keep going. Yesterday I had 2 toasts with Nutella, chicken curry Basmati rice, one square Brownies with ice cream, banana, seeds nuts fruits mix and 2 poached eggs on one toast. Twas lovely...oh a few chocs. I do count my calories during normal days because I overeat and my tum hurts. Good luck :)
Fab, sounds scummy, back on the fast today, so far so good, plus I fitted in an excerise DVD today as well. Good luck
Yahoo. Another 1/2 inch off the waist. I must get on some scales!
Ok. Finally got weighed at the swimming pool not the same scales I used before. Lost 2lb so all good. Wish it was a bit more but hey ho. This way of eating is long term.
Just made flapjacks for the kids so may have a slice as its feed day :0D
Yippeeeee. Weighed on same scales I started on today and down to 10.12lb
Nearly in the normal BMI range. It's working!
Fantastic. You must feel really encouraged. Keep up the good work.
Well done! :D
