Only just thinking :heart: of @FatDog today when I made some little moreish treats. Found them in one of our lovely FD's favourite and recommended Celia Brooks Brown Low Carb recipe books. So yum... pinged green beans topped tailed and cut in half and with a dollop of cream cheese wrapped in roasted red capsicum strips.

Still have a supply of the low carb bread and the flaxseed wafers also magical. Miss you FatDog and still being inspired by you, wishing you well :like: :smile:
@slimmer Our @FatDog May have gone AWOL but her recipes live on.lol
She's got a low carb bread on page 20 something
Also her linseed crackers are wonderful, worth a try if your Aldi doesn't come through.
Many thanks, I will look out for the recipes and will head off to Aldi on a mission to investigate their crackers.
