Yes, they are very big on weeing and water up here as many of the operators drink all night and then wonder why they collapse with dehydration!!! It is something that is frequently tested on site and I am used to weeing in a cup on a regular basis!!

This may help Debs - not sure if I would be keen on it but then again appetite generally hasn't been an issue for me since starting..
This is what Krista wrote on facebook regarding breaking a plateau.
"Some people are able to break the plateau by adding an extra fast day to the week. In this way, you would have 3 fast days in a row (which I know can be difficult for some). Please let me know if this works and best of luck!"
I guess if it didn't work its only three days out of the rest of your life

Ah ha!! Or ouch, as the case may be! I shall re read that bit. I am fasting tomorrow and then I have an RDO on Monday, so maybe Tues, Wed, Thurs might work which means I tie in with fish 'n chip Friday again!!!
No, I haven't been hungry so maybe I'll try that. I'll check her facebook posts. I honestly thought I would see more of a difference I must admit. How are you travelling?

Im keeping positive - It certainly isn't as hard as I had imagined. The increase today was a little frustrating as that was the first in the almost 2 weeks of EOD.
I think I put it down to the Miso Soup as that's the only thing I changed and all that sodium surely must lock up a bit of water. So who knows even though this is a feast day I may see a little less of an increase as my water balances again?
Either that or it will just be a weird occurrence that will remain unexplained like bigfoot or lock ness... hahaha

I had an increase today as well!!! I'm not sure what to do on the salt front, as people say they deliberatly have it on fast day. Ah well, it is an experiment after all!
Yea the salt thing confuses me too - the only reason I had the Miso yesterday was "an experiment" I think it did help get through the afternoon as yesterday was a very hard day.
So if I see less of a increase in the morning than my average for fast morning weigh ins then I may keep doing it. (especially if I plan to exercise too)

I might give that a go, although it will have to be a salty cuppa soup as I can't stand miso!
I'll let you know what the morning weigh in reveals - if anything hahaha
Just had a look at the Facebook post, and note she recommends adding i exrta exercise too. Better haul my sorry arse back into the gym!
Yea she said in her study it helps but also said the diet will work without it.
I can't bear miso either. I sometimes have marmite (similar to Vegemite but much nicer) in hot water instead.
It does sound as if you may not be eating enough on your feast days. From what you've said it's easy to see why though - you don't make the food sound very appetising!
Hang in there.
