General 5:2 and Fasting Chat

Yesterday was hard for me too. I ended up sliding into a 16:8 in the end as my calories went over. I think it may have been because it was cooler here, so instead of having a heat suppressed appetite I was ravenous.

What a brilliant thread,so comforting to know we are all so similar in our fast day behaviours!
You know its a fast day when you find yourself feeling jealous of non fast day members who are online with you! :confused:
When you go and read all the cooking blogs you can. It's crazy but it's what I do, I eat with my eyes :grin:
You take a quick glance at the clock and instantly know how many hours and minutes till 6 pm!
Another one salivating over recipes and food blogs! I only do it on fast days as well as watching the food channel!
