Very quiet around here last night and this morning, peeps.
Just contemplating my day; hairdresser this morning and oh... um Chilli jam this afternoon.
What more could one want?

Morning everyone !

Woke up in a cold room, 17°C with the heat on, got a cold during the night so don't stop sneezing and coughing so will stay in bed most of the day. The good news is that even the idea of food makes me nauseous so it's a fast that should be a breeze......

We are off into town to have lunch with friends so I'm looking forward to that, see you back here later,

It won me a Great taste award beanie, and people seems to love it - I make more of that than anything else!

Have put myself on maintenance, but fasting has become such second nature, that it's difficult to readjust. It's my penultimate dryathlon evening and I'm enjoying my squash and lemonade! I usually go out once a week with my friend, but she's having a biopsy tomorrow on her nose and doesn't want to meet today, even though I think it might help take her mind off it.
So, the long and the short of it is... I don't know whether to fast or not!

Oh well done on the award! I'll have to put in an order. Do you send items very far?

Ooh it's difficult about the fast. Mind you, I've just noticed how much weight you've lost. Did you lose all that in just the year? That's pretty amazing stuff. If you're now at goal then I guess you can afford to have days off! One day I'll join you . Shame your friend wouldn't meet because, you're right, it would have helped to keep her mind off things.

What a miserable day it is here. What's the weather like in Wales?

Oh dear, I've been a right slacker today, I actually had to go and do some training. Which was a waste of time as the internet went down so we couldn't do it after all, and then I was forced to watch two episodes of the second series of the Killing. Gripping stuff! Last episode tomorrow, gripping stuff!!

I looked up those NYDJ jeans, ouch, $200! Or just under 100 pounds, I shan't be getting any over here, we get ripped off for everything here!

@Debs is that the American or Danish (?) version of the Killing? Am I right in thinking that in the first season the two versions had different outcomes? Anyway, enjoy!

Oh Danish of course, none of these US rip offs! love it although I get told off every time I moan about the Danes needing to take the cotton wool out of their mouths by my half Danish hubby!!
I don't recall anything about there being two versions, but I wish Lund would loosen up a bit!!
